Good location. Central and convenient for tourists

Pros: Location excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern with attractive decor

Cons: Living on two levels rather inconvenient. Luggage on one level and sleeping on another.

Pros: Location and room was fantastic. Modern with ancient charm. In the heart of the city, but the room was quiet and relaxing.

Cons: No lift, but staff very accommodating.

Pros: A great little gem in the thriving historical area. Busy outside but inside the suite was surprisingly quiet. Check-in and out were easy and efficient. Really recommend staying here whilst in Palermo.

A great place to stay!

Pros: Wonderful location and very comfortable room. A little hard to understand where reception was but we arrived late at night and couldn't quite understand the check in process due to language barrier but staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Pros: Everything was amazing; location, room, and staff all high quality. PD: If you are a gym junkie like me, don’t think it twice. Hardly to find hotels with gyms like this one across Europa. No excuses!

Pros: The verg friendly and helpful staff, the numerous fitness amenities.

Cons: The doors specifically in our Apartment (there are three) were in a very bad condition. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed properly. We didn’t mind too much, other guests though would be very unhappy about this circumstance. The balcony was very dirty.

Nice experience

Pros: Room was nice. Service was good including the airport transport that you need. Coffee maker was like Nespresso. Despite on a busy road, no noise in the room.

Nice apartment in superb position.

Pros: This small apartment is part of a historic palazzo, and very tastefully restored. Superbly positioned in the heart of the old town, offering easy access by foot to all the main attractions and good restaurants. A lovely apartment at the back of the building, so quiet, and all amenities provided. Can strongly recommend it to anyone who is able to climb a few stairs. Difficult to access by car, but good bus connection to the airport. Get off at Via Roma and 5 mins walk. We’d gladly return.

Cons: All we can suggest is lower towel hooks that are presently most suitable for basketball players. Really very minor.
