Pros: Great customer service, very helpfully offered an early check in. Room is very clean and comfortable. Great location- close to everything you need .

Cons: The bathroom has some features that are very loud, and you can’t switch them off. The neighbours upstairs were very loud during the day, but it was quiet during the night.

Mitten in Palermo
