Great location and modern.

Pros: Good location for getting to sights in the city. Modern and clean room, good check in process. Extremely helpful and responsive staff for questions about stay.

Cons: Jacuzzi bath not really useable- very slow filling water that also wasn’t warm… shower would also get cold randomly. Maybe good to share details about parking and ZTL in check in instructions.

Pros: Place is amazing. So close to everything and the room with the balcony with the view was everything. Loved it! Also love the shower in the room, it felt spacey.

Pros: The staff was very accessible. I needed an iron and it was delivered in my room. I met Eleonora, that is responsible for the cleaning, she does an amazing job!

Cons: Noisy street. The room is noisy all day, even though the windows are new. I've been told that Hibrido will find a solution for this.

Pros: A great location in Palermo able to walk everywhere. The room was clean and nice and check in and out was easy.

Cons: You could see into the shower from the bedroom and the bathroom was behind glass sliding doors so bear in mind this room does not have much privacy if you are booking.

Excellent stay

Pros: The room was very modern, very clean and with comfy beds. Fantastic location next the historical centre (just a couple of minutes walk)

Cons: Some noise can come from the cars outside since it’s next to a main road, but it did not disturb sleep.

Pros: Located pretty close to the historic part of Palermo, so most of the sights such as Kalsa and Quattro Canti square and many others were within a 5-10 minute walk. It was a great deal for what we paid, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The room was somewhat small for 2 people but other than that I can't think of anything.
