Very good!

Pros: Very spacious rooms, cute and clean. The location is amazing, especially if you need to rent a car and want to park it in an underground garage, there is one just 3 min away. Super close to the Kalsa neighbourhood where we went every night to eat and drink a glass.

Cons: It’s an old building so you can hear everything through the walls. Nothing extreme though.

Perfect for a visit to Palermo

Pros: The accommodation is clean and comfy. The location is perfectly connected to the train and bus station but also close enough to the old town.

Cons: In the first night was a car crying all night which kept me awake. And you have to communicate via Google Translate with the host in case you don’t speak Italian.

Good stay in Palermo, rich in its history

Pros: The accommodation is decorated charmfully in a way that respects the history of the apartment. The room was big and we had a very comfortable stay. The use of the common kitchen is good to suffice all basic needs like making a tea and keeping food fresh in the fridge. The owner is very welcoming and we saw him during different times of the day being present. It seems to us, that he’s taking good care of the place and his guests. Even though the area can feel a bit rough, it was safe to walk at night. It is very near to the central station and well connected to other types of transport. In general we were happy with the place and the experience. We enjoyed Palermo very much and I feel this was a good choice for our trip.

Great place

Pros: Nelly was very very kind, the room was big and comfortable. The place is 15' walk from the city centre.

Cons: The guests on the room next door were very loud and annoying up until night, but I don't blame the b&b for this.

Pros: I love old places like this. It's a large, old apartment with a shared living room, a shared kitchen, and bedrooms converted into hotel rooms. Lots of old furniture, paintings, etc. The bathroom was clean. The gentleman who welcomed us was very nice. The location, right next to the train station, was perfect.

Pros: The location is very convenient. The bathroom is very spacious, and tje whole space is clean and tidy.

Cons: The stairs to the room are a bit narrow，but this is mostly determined by the architectural structure of the entire building.

Great location, great value for money

Pros: I picked this place cos of its proximity to the train and bus station. It was comfy. There’s a little kitchen as well if you need to prep your own food, as well as a washing machine. My room came with an external private bathroom, which wasn’t much of a hassle personally. There isn’t a sign for the property as you approach the building, but its name is listed on the door, so be sure to have the address handy. If in doubt, reach out to the staff who were pretty prompt with their replies.

Cons: Some have pointed out this area can get noisy; I didn’t have that problem (I was also told my room is a quieter one so that may have helped). But yes, if you’re a light sleeper, the easy fix is a pair of ear plugs. :)

Pros: Residential León is a true sanctuary of peace and beauty. Its immaculate streets, lined with well-kept gardens, create a serene and inviting atmosphere. A profound sense of tranquility fills the air, making every day feel calm and restorative. It is a beautifully maintained community where one can truly relax and appreciate the quiet elegance of home.

Perfect staying

Pros: Excellent location, just outside Palermo Central Station. My room was wide and very clean. I liked the staff and their kindness in making me feel as I was at home.
