Pros: A great host helping in every step. Limoncello in the fridge was a pleasant surprise. Evetywere was very clean. If I visit palermo again, I prefer Holywood inn. Thank you!!

Stylish room close to the train station

Pros: When we booked the room it said we got the Spartacus room, and the bathroom is outside of the room, so when we got the Napoleon room instead (with bathroom inside) it was a win. It was stylish and comfortable. Big enough for one night. There was a communal area with snacks and drinks, but we didn't use it. It was minutes away from the train station - good when you need to catch an early flight at the airport.

Cons: It was really difficult to change the temperature in the shower. Shower gel dispenser didn't work. It was minutes away from the train station - however the area was not the safest.

Spartacus room

Pros: The localisation is very good, close to the train stadion (350m) and to the city center. Our apartament was very clean, with comfortable, large bed. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Portion of fruit juices daily in the fridge :)

Cons: The district wasn't totally safe. As a pair of girls, we didn't feel comfortable walking around in the evening. A lot of homeless imigrants accosting us or sleeping on pavements. The water under the shower wasn't warm enough, also in the room was quite cold during the night. The room could be renowated , because the paper horse is falling down from the wall 😅 it's not hard to see, that our Spartakus room has it's golden times far behind

Nice stay, comfort bed and great location

Pros: Close to train station, clean room, friendly staff who agreed to change the date in our breakfast voucher as we left early in the morning.

Cons: Sometimes the decoration of Napoleon scared is when it was dark 😅.

Great and affordable

Pros: We received a room upgrade and the possibility to check in a bit earlier on the day of our arrival. The room was spacious and confortable, as well as nicely decorated. There was free coffee and snacks. We will be back!
