Real Palermo experience, really well situated.

Pros: Location was excellent for the train station (where I had breakfast - croissant espresso and OJ for €5.60) and old town area. Flat had a cooking area and an amazing bath (which I did not try) and an interesting high tech entry system, which was great once I sussed it out, host was very patient walking me through his detailed instructions). It is on a busy road and it can get noisy on a Saturday/Friday night but windows are pretty good at keeping the sound out, there is air con if it gets too stuffy. Had a feel of real Italy about it, with street sounds and small shops and ordinary people. Host was apologetic about the hallway, I was not bothered because the flat was a wow!

Cons: Just the times it got noisy.

Fijn verblijf met een fijne ligging!

Pros: Goede, fijne ligging. Dichtbij het station, of anders zijn meer bruisende delen goed te lopen vanaf +- 8 min. Het appartement was ruim genoeg en ook het balkonnetje was fijn. Ook goed dat er handdoeken waren. Verder was het contact met de host goed.

Cons: De bovenburen waren enorm luidruchtig. Dit begon elke dag in de ochtend en bleef doorgaan. Geluid zoals schuiven van meubels, alsof ze aan het verbouwen waren, etc. Niet iets waar de host per se iets aan kan doen, maar wel goed om te weten. Dit hebben we ook laten weten, wie weet is het maar tijdelijk, dus niet altijd

Pros: Muy bien ubicado, sobre Avenida con comercios y cerca de la estación de tren. Muy amplio y cómodo.

Cons: Algunas escaleras pero no era para tanto, hay que viajar liviano.

Entspannender aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut. 2min vom Bahnhof entfernt und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Am meisten hat mir gefallen wie organisiert alles war und das der Host immer erreichbar war.

Cons: Der Balkon war immer von Taubenabfall befallen, aber das wars auch schon. Da kann man nur schwer etwas machen. Die Unterkunft gefällt eben auch Vögeln :)

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente con tutti i confort, molto moderno e funzionale dotato persino di vasca idromassaggio. Host estremamente gentile e disponibile.Posizione strategica : praticamente sotto la stazione centrale con annessi ottimo panificio, gelateria,e praticamente vicino al mercato di Ballarò e le principali arterie del centro città via Roma e via Maqueda che consentono il raggiungimento del centro città praticamente a piedi . Consigliatissimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
