It’s a perfect room for tourists at an affordable price.

Pros: It’s a really good room, clean and friendly staff.

Pros: A strategic position nearby bus and train station, historical building and corresponding equipment, lift, a tasteful breakfast, all the rooms have private bathroom.

Cons: A problem with air condition heating, there is external regulator and no remote controller. In the room on the upper first floor was unstable wifi, more extenders are required ... however, the internet is strong enough close to the routers. The solution requires a little money to improve a guest comfort.

Pros: Nice cozy room, in a typically old italian building. Unfortunately no fridge, although in the description it featured a minibar. Towels and toiletries provided, bathroom was a good size. Breakfast is italian (some sweets and coffee/tea). The best part was the nice gentleman at the reception :)

Personnel is fantastic and Franco helpful!

Pros: Placed in practical part od Palermo: great canteena downstairs and railway station nearby!

Cons: The double bed is noisy, can’t move without disturbing a neighbourgh.

Good base to sightsee Palermo and around.

Pros: Very close to Palermo Central Train and Bust Station, which makes it very convenient to travel around ( to the airport, Mondello Beach, train to Cefalu etc). Also a walking distance to the seashore and to the main attractions. Lidl supermarket nearby. Continental breakfast. Friendly staff. If you show up and noone is there do not panic, just Phone, as the reception is usually not attended but the staff should be around.

Cons: The hotel and room decoration are pretty old fashioned, which is fine if you like it, if you prefer modern interiors, it is rather not for you. I got used to it quickly though.

Pros: Location, quiet street with free parking near the city center.

Pros: very clean room in a central location! it was just what we needed for a vacation with friends as it offers rooms with many beds! Franco was a great guy

Pros: The size and the aspect of the room. The priximity to the train station

Cons: A fridge in the room would be useful. We were allowed however to use the host's fridge for some things

Good location, nice spacious bedroom, quiet and kind owners.

Pros: Location, parked easily around, comfy and clean, it was quiet when we stayed so we had a great restful night, good WiFi, nice owners, AC and fridge in the bedroom, good breakfast despite only sweet options.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is the fact that we had to ring the reception and waited a bit outside the building until we could enter and check in.

Pros: Very spacious room and bathroom. Also very clean, good location right next to the train station. Nice staff, would stay again.
