Pros: Nice, modern accommodation with all the necessary equipment. Clean. Excellent communication with the landlord. Next time I would take a family with children. A big advantage is the proximity to the train station. Satisfaction above all.

Good spot

Pros: Good location, it is near the cooler part of town. Great food and bars nearby. We loved the style of the room, comfy bed. There was great communication with the owners and there was free park on the street outside. Thanks

Cons: The private bathroom although nice was across the communal space, so felt a bit odd when coming out the shower or going to the toilet in the night. The man looking after the rooms, nice guy but again felt odd knowing someone was outside the your room and bathroom.

Perfect for your stay in Palermo

Pros: Everything are perfect, specially the host is very kind with speedy communication.

great stay and exceeds expectations!

Pros: our flight arrived past midnight, the host made sure we have the right transport from the airport without even us asking. super friendly and helpful, attentive to details and exceeds expectations! the place is sparkling clean, water pressure in the shower is very good, perfect for refresh and recharge after a day out. it is also very well located, right by the train station and a short walk from a lot of nice local places for food and drinks

A very good choice for the stop over we needed in Palermo

Pros: Very convenient for travel through Palermo as just a 2 minute walk from the main station. Quiet room with excellent double glazing. Spacious. Comfortable bed and good shower. Clear and helpful communication with owners with advice about where to eat. Easy to walk into main areas of central Palermo.

Pros: Very clean, attention to details. Excellent location by the train station

Cons: Since this is a private facility, you have to inform the owners of your exact time of arrival. I totally understand but since I didn't have a very precise idea regarding my arrival this particular time, it stressed me a bit. In that sense, I prefer a hotel where I can check in or leave my baggage more easily at my convenience.

Great room near the center of Palermo. Carmen and Tony were very helpful and responsive. The room pretty grand and confo

Pros: Easy and safe on-street parking, confortable bed, very responsive host

Pros: The host welcomed us at the door and guided us for parking, (we parked on the street, no charge) and places to eat and see. he was extremely patient and helpful. the room is big with lovely retro decoration. we have found plenty of great places for coffee and such at the street. walking distance from main places. dubble window to the balcony for noise.

Cons: no elevator, The towels were a little worn out. very small shower ( we had the red room, I think that on the other rooms you can have a bigger shower). The window is strange. You can not open the window for light without opening the inner part.
