Great room in excellent location! Fantastic value!
Pros: Very nice, clean, and modern room with a small balcony. The kitchen was great as well, and there was free tea and coffee. The room was perfect for one person for a few days' stay. The bathroom was also very clean, although the shower cubicles were very narrow. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend.
Cons: The only thing that was truly irritating for me was that there was no electric plug next to the bed. I wanted to charge my phone while watching the show or making travel drafts in the evening, and I couldn't. I have an old phone, and the battery runs out quickly. The only electric plug was on the other side of the room. Luckily, I brought my power bank. I know, this might be good for switching off at night and not doom scrolling on your phone, but still, very inconvenient. Maybe an extension lead would be helpful?

Excellent
Pros: I had a very pleasant stay. The host was really nice and welcoming, and the place was clean, well-organised, and quiet. There was plenty of coffee and tea available, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was more than excellent perfect for enjoying the area.
Cons: The room is on the third level, so be prepared for lots of stairs. The bathroom is shared not really a problem in itself, but it depends on who you share it with. If you’re lucky to have considerate neighbors, it’s fine

Pros: The location was perfect. After the first day I realised it was very central. I just had to walk for about 3 minutes to get to Via Maqueda with markets and lots of restaurants. It is also close to the theatre and to the central station. It was really nice and the staff was very friendly. I would totally recommend it and would stay there again next time I go to Palermo. It made a difference compared to Catania where the hotel was further from the city centre.
Cons: It can be a problem for some people that the apartment is not in the groundfloor or first floor.

Pros: Very nice flat and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen offering complimentary coffee. Great location.
Cons: This is my fault perhaps for not seeing it, but I didn't realize that the property offers just a room in a shared flat. So you have to share toilet and kitchen with other tenants. Maybe better description should be given on the listing.

Pros: Very nice room with shared kitchen and lounge area area near the centre of Palermo. The room itself was small but had a nice view from the balcony.

I highly recommend!
Pros: The apartment has very good location, it is easy to reach by a frequently running bus from the train station. It is also very close to many important sites that are worth visiting in Palermo. It is very clean and comfortable. Francesco is a perfect host, the communication via Booking mobile app is almost instantaneous.

The emplacement is great
Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s perfectly located in the city center, close to all main attractions, and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, even arranging a spot for my luggage so I could enjoy extra sightseeing time before my departure.
Cons: Note that it’s on the third floor with no elevator, which could be a bit challenging for longer stays. Overall, a fantastic place with helpful staff and a prime location!
