Definitely worth returning

Pros: Great location, very good value for money, and the room was cleaned daily. The morning cappuccino prepared by the lovely Rosa was excellent

Three perfect days in Palermo!

Pros: We were greatly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We arrived two hours before the arranged time of 14.00, and the room was ready, so we could get in and relax immediately. The staff (Rosa) was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. We were even given a bottle of perfect Prosecco free of charge, as a gift, and at that moment it was all what we may dream of! We appreciate the attention and care of the staff. Generally, we are old travellers, so we do not pay attention to some unimportant things, like \

Pros: The room was very nice and big and clean. The hostess was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The shower was too small. The water turned icy cold every few seconds. The toilet did not flush properly. The entrance to the building needs refurbishing. The floor in the lift was wobbly, scary.
