Pros: Early check in. Prompt help when a phone was dropped in the lift shaft. Quiet room, balcony, excellent location near main sights, five minutes to airport bus stop.

Beautiful Place

Pros: Everything. Sad that we can only stay for 1 night. A beautiful place in a very nice environment in Palermo. Highly recommend.

Cons: Maybe the aircon. Its fixed on 20 and not cold enough to the room size.

Pros: Great location - very safe street close to everything, the room super clean, bed comfy, had a kitchen, well equipped. It’s perfect for a short stay. The manager was incredibly kind and responsive: they explained the checkin perfectly and even let us check out later due to my sickness🙏

Cons: All was perfect, the only negative experience was talking to the cleaning lady (supposedly) who was there when the manager is absent - she spoke 0 English and got prominently annoyed on any request.

7 amazing nights

Pros: We were received by Marta who met us outside because I couldn't find the parking lot. After that, she guided me through the parking lot and she had the patience to help me park: amazing girl! The check-in was smooth and everything was well explained. The room was very nice and the location was very good. Happy to rebook next time. Definitely recommended.

Pros: It was our first time in Palermo and obviously in this facility. Our acommodation was great, the location is perfect, rooms are very clean, and Marta the receptionist was very very kind. It was just the bed that we didn't find the most comfortable, but all in all big recommendation!

Pros: Rooms confortable, nice and recently refurbished, good bed, AC, refrigerator. Complementary coffe. Good position, near all main attractions (walking distance). Lots of bars and restaurants in the proximity, still calm and quiet. Would recommend.
