La Musa Apartments & Rooms

Clean, great location, excellent host

Pros: Vincenzo has delivered an amazing service. He made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. He’s very passionate about his job and the city, his suggestions were amazing and he sent everything in detail via message, made it easy for us to navigate the city and the hotel during our stay. There are is elevator and slides for wheelchairs. The area is very well served and the location is walking distance from any possible tourist attraction of the city. The room is scrupulously clean. No dust on any surface (also high levels of the bookshelf). There is a bathroom in the hall, which is useful. There is an extra kitchen and coffee/tea machine in a shared space with sofa chairs. I have appreciated the design of the rooms a lot. From the furniture to the Alessi Plissé collection appliances. The bed is comfortable, with high topper.

Cons: Not a single thing

Clean place in a very convenient location

Pros: Michela was a lovely host who gave us all the important tips and information to see the city. The apartment was clean and located in a great spot, very close to the city centre.

Pros: Perfectly positioned and classy in every sense. I loved the feel of distinctiveness in detail, e.g., the wide range of local books in the more public spaces. The mix of a small number of beautifully crafted rooms but with the possibility of additional communal space made the place feel so welcoming. The position was ideal, and the support from booking to departing felt caring, personal, and experienced. Palermo, too, has so much to offer culturally and in terms of character. This was a short trip but a true joy.

Pros: Excellent location, beautifully presented and the bathroom was 5 star plus. Staff were very helpful and allowed luggage storage after checkout which was extremely handy.

Cons: Nothing at all

Wonderful! Fabulous! We loved our home in Palermo!

Pros: Instructions on how to find it were clear. The rooms were a good size - we hadn’t realised how many rooms we had booked! It was fab! Loved the balcony. Just totally loved the whole set up! And so central to everything we wanted to see and do! Thank you!

Cons: A few Italian pastries in the morning in the kitchen area would have been fab!

Pros: The apartment was in a central location. Close to the main places to visit in Palermo and many bars and restaurants. Manuela the owner of the property was very helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: Room was great and host was wonderful. Location is perfect for exploring Palermo.

Excellent Location…great for a family!

Pros: Extremely modern and new. Excellent facilities and very clean! The location was amazing. Couldn’t get any closer to the action. Loved the filtered water on tap! Our family had a corridor to ourselves and I never saw another guest. Supplies like milk and bread/treats available in the kitchen.

Cons: We were there on a Friday and Saturday night so there was a fair bit of noise (I think from a restaurant below). A very loud singer! Finished at midnight almost on the dot but my ear buds were handy. You are in a livelier part of town. Apart from that, very quiet rooms.

Great apartment wish we had stayed longer

Pros: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well designed and very clean. The assistance provided by Manuela was exceptional taking so much time and trouble to explain the best places to go and to eat. Everything was well thought out for us to make our stay enjoyable and trouble free

Had a fantastic short stay here and look forward to returning one day.

Pros: Location to shopping and good restaurants. Accomodation was perfect.

Cons: Nothing all fantastic.
