Excellent location for night exploring of restaurants and day exploring of upmarket shops and the port! Clean, comfortab

Pros: Excellent location close walking distance to port aswell as right in the hub of shopping and restaurant area. Very clean and safe. Underground parking directly opposite, with the friendliest staff. Cost of 40 euro but well worth keeping your hire car safe, if you dare to drive in Palermo😂. We stayed in 2 of the apartments, they were both exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Perfect location for Palermo stay!!

Pros: We had a great stay! Beautiful & clean apartment in perfect location. The host, Denise, was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose it again.

Pros: We appreciated having two separate rooms (kitchen and bedroom) which is not always a standard in Sicily. The staff was very helpful, helped us with setting up the heating and everything. First time entering the appartment, it felt like an escape game, codes, chips, figuring out how to turn on the lights 😃 so that was cool too, even though probably not intentional:). You can park on the street right in front of the entrance for 2 eur/hour, (8 pm - 8am was free, not sure whether this depends on the season), so we'd pay like 2-3 hours/day as we went for trips a lot, but the streets were quite full, and it was January so completely off the season. I don't want to imagine parking (amd driving btw) in high season. There's an option to use some parking nearby for 35 eur/day. There is also a nice bistro like 30 metres away from the property. It is a few steps from a big square, so very good location. All clean. All good.

Cons: The equipment in the kitchen was very basic but if you plan to cook just pasta, eggs and other easy stuff like us, there's all you need:).

Friendly, everything we needed, excellent location, good price.

Pros: Very friendly welcome from Denise, the apartment had all the amenities needed for a few days stay, if you need a laundromat there's one close by. The parking was cheap on the street outside and there was more expensive parking available across the street. Super comfortable, we cooked a few simple meals using the hob and reheated some pizza using the oven. Little drying rack available on the mini terrace. Above all the hospitality and professionalism displayed by Denise was commendable and me and my partner felt like we were welcome and could ask for anything. Great experience and will return.

Cons: The build was new so there was some leaking in the shower unit which needs to be filled, we informed our host and also expressed that it was not a major issue. Not an overflowing issue, there's a section of the shower unit at the back left which needs to be filled.

Pros: beautiful location in the heart of palermo. The rooms are clean , big and perfect for wheelchair users. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can always contact Denise, who is very open, professional and helpful. We will definitely come back!!!

Well-located apartment with excellent customer service

Pros: The staff could not do enough for me: from clear photo directions to early transfers; arranging a different room to giving recommendations for things around the city. This was the stand out for us. Location very good. Shower pressure excellent. Lovely little terrace area to sit outside.

Cons: Bed that my son slept on was a rather flimsy put you-up. Lip on the shower tray not high enough to accommodate the incoming water, pressure as it was, and pool of water in bathroom as a result.

Pros: We loved our stay and recommend it a lot! It was at a great location, the room was very clean, big, pretty decorated, and the hosts were soo friendly and welcoming!!

Cons: Nothing! They were amazing and the facilities are great!

Amazing accommodation, great service, close to Palermo sites.

Pros: This accommodation exceeded my expectations! We booked last minute (8pm) and the host promptly greeted us, and showed us to our room and they asked if we needed any recommendations for things to do in Palermo. The room looked recently renovated and was very clean. In this price range, this was the nicest accommodation we had in Italy. The hotel is central to Palermo Old Town and has lots of lovely bars and cafes on the same street. I would highly recommend this accommodation as it is exceptional value for money.

Cons: Nothing!
