Palermo by foot

Pros: The apartment was in a very good location in the city center, with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. We liked the apartment—it was spacious, had a small balcony, and the room was clean. Most importantly, the air conditioner was powerful and positioned directly facing the bed, which was great. Antonio was a friendly and helpful host.

Cons: The only downsides was no visible Wi-Fi connection and a broken shower hose, which we hope will be repaired soon.

Holiday

Pros: City Center, street is full of restaurants and nice shops. Close to Massimo opera house and hop on hop of bus station.

Cons: Everything is good.

Pleasant experience

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable with the all the needed equipment. The host is nice and shared a very useful list of places to visit and things typical for the culture of Palermo. The apartment it is centrally located.

Perfect stay for a 4 days city trip with the nicest host in Palermo

Pros: The location was really perfect and the host beyond nice. Always available if you have any questions, kind, ready with a little guide of places to visit and recommendations.

Good

Pros: The location is very good near the bus and train stations also all shoppings.Also in the room there is mini refrigerator with coffee and tea stand and including some jams and croissants which is good.

Cons: There is no air conditioner just a mini one but not making cold which is very bad especially we went in summer also there is very bad smell in bathroom maybe because of the building I don’t know.Lastly some of the croissants in the room were moldy.

Great little find

Pros: Great location. Perfect for what we needed. Great for the price.

Cons: Would have liked some coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Pros: The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and equipped with coffee (and coffee machine), tea, juices, croissants...

Cons: Shower was liking and despite the fact that we reported it to the owners, they did nothing to fix it, so we had to use the towels to collect the water and to dry them on the balcony. The 20 l bucket was used for AC drainage which had to be emptied. There was no satellite TV, just a few Italian channels. The privacy was very low as there were two rooms in the apartment and Salotto di Palermo room was separated from the rest of the apartment just with the glass door. The lock on the front door was difficult to unlock, so many times in the morning we were woken up by the noise when tenant in the other room was trying to unlock the door.

beautiful big house in the heart of the city

Pros: very big and beautiful apartment in the modern center of Palermo. the owner is very friendly and happy to help and support his guests

Cons: i wish that we could have done the check out a bit later since we only arrived late in the night. he said its not possible since new guests are arriving but finally they only came in the evening. he was very kind though to allow us to keep the bags in the hotel all day
