Politeama Crystal Rooms

Great stay

Pros: Excellent position, view, access (airport, city, Mondello), new, clean and confortable ! Very kind and helpful owners.

Cons: Just a bit noisy in the evening, graded by the level tolerance..., but totally normal in Palermo 🤪

Excellent location, excellent room. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Pros: The personal greeting from Marco, who gave us the full run down on the room, kitchenette etc., The room was spotless and spacious. The location and the view from the room was amazing.

Cons: It would be handy to have a safe in the room, as we had to carry our passports around with us for the whole of our trip. The entrance to the room is dark, especially at night.

Loved the location, super helpful staff, good facilities.

Pros: Marco was extremely helpful, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything. My husband is in a wheelchair and although the facilities provided by PCR were fine the building lift was old and too small. PCR did provide a wheelchair small enough to be able to use the lift. The location of the rooms was perfect for Palermo and nothing was too much trouble for Marco 😃

Cons: Unfortunately we wouldn’t use the rooms again just because of the size of the communal lift. Otherwise it was great.

Sorprendentes!

Cons: Me gustó todo

Phenomenal views and staff!

Pros: The hotel location and the view from our room was phenomenal. The main attractions, restaurants, shopping areas were easily accessible from the apartment location. I'd certain stay here again. Carla was super kind and shared a lot of her knowledge about the city, what to do, where to go, what times, etc.! She was awesome and very helpful!

Fantastico weekend a Palermo!
