Bed & Theatre - Palermo

Great value for money, great place and perfectly managed!

Pros: The room is newly renovated, very clean and nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful! Communication is great, if you need anything or have questions, he reacts quickly. The room is located right in the centre just a few meters from the Theatre.

Cons: As it is located in the city centre you have to be aware that the street at night will be quite busy and loud. However, the new windows isolate the noise very well and if it’s hot you can use the air conditioner which works perfectly.

Ottima soluzione per visitare a piedi Palermo.

Pros: Ottima come posizione per visitare la città, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo e da via Maqueda. Camera appena ammodernata, pulita e in ordine. Doccia ampia e confortevole.

Cons: Nulla di particolare. Manca giusto il bidet in bagno.

Pros: Die Lage ist zentral, wir waren am Abend im Theatro Massimo, dass man vom Balkon sehen kann und in dem man in 3 Minuten ist. Noch schneller ist man in traditionellem Puppentheater, das liegt vi sa vi vorm Eingang. Besuch dort, auch wenn man nicht perfekt oder fast gar nicht italienisch spricht ist auch ein richtiger Highlight. Um die Ecke ist auch das archäologische Museum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum kann man von hier gut erkunden. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll sehr eingerichtet. Die gegen ist erwartungsgemäß abends lauter, das Fenster dammt den Schall aber sehr gut. Man kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Perfect Location

Pros: The location is fabulous,our street had all the restaurants, walk 2 minutes and reach the theatro,make a left from the theater and walk down to the main historical district.The Palermo Cathedral,Quattro all 10 minutes walking ,20 minutes walk from Palermo central train station.local Bus drops you right outside our lane. Best location,all action shopping restaurants cafes.It didn't have a kitchenette the beds in this country are harder than the US beds, other places we visited had the similar beds,but overall room was perfect.Its the size of a hotel room,there was a double bed and a small bed, can sleep 3 people.Very clean and the rooms bathrooms were new and updated,Security was perfect 3 doors to close and lock,to get to the room.I loved this place,I would go back and stay there again,especially for the location.Vicenzo was very nice,friendly and helped showed us where to go and what to do he made us feel safe and comfortable in a new town and country.

Pros: io e la mia migliore amica abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti e la nostra esperienza è stata eccellente. Il primo punto a favore è sicuramente la posizione: vicina a zone turistiche e svariati locali, frequentata sia da turisti che residenti e famiglie; per noi personalmente è stato un gran sollievo il fatto che non fosse isolato o in una zona all'apparenza poco sicura. Il secondo punto a favore è ovviamente la struttura: la camera è ben curata, luminosa e - per due persone - spaziosa; lo stesso si applica anche al bagno. Avevamo a disposizione anche un mini frigo e la macchinetta per il caffè, eccezionale! Al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte con un cadeaux di benvenuto, e lo staff è stato gentile e cordiale. Siamo molto contente di aver scoperto questa struttura, quindi per futuri viaggi in Sicilia questa sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
