perfect short stay next to Palermo Centre

Pros: +Comunication via whatsapp was good and easy getting here +could even check in early due to our early flight+There was also possibility to leave our luggage at the apartment from 10 am,which was really nice +there is complimentary coffee and tea +owner was nice and helpful +Room was clean and spacious +Air con /heating +balcony +The location of the apartment was really close to the city centre +safe area +next door is shop with essentials

Cons: -there is quite nosie from outside , so if you are sensitive, this room is not for you-however ,we have no problem from the noise from nearby bar/restaurant , we actually liked we can be part of italian night life :) -wifi was sometimes weak, but just few times

Pros: The room is very well located between the old and the new town. Our room, 2, was in a large apartment divided into rooms with facilities. Each room seems to be well insulated, so we did not hear other guests much.

Cons: Our room was facing the back of the building, the street there gets very loud at night, even with windows closed. Pillows are not comfortable.

Pros: Gianluca was very accomodating, he made sure we had all the information & allowed us to store our luggages at the hotel after our check out time - which we really appreciated ! The room itself was stylish, spacious & clean - with a great central location close to everything. We really enjoyed the balcony & the common kitchen. Thank you for a nice stay ! 🙂

Pros: The room was very well located in the centre! Very clean, no noise from anywhere in the building. simple but well equipped, all fine.

Cons: At night it was unfortunately noisy (night life + illegal scooters), and even with closed windows it was nearly like if they were open (they did not isolate)

Pros: Convenient central location, old building with a nice vintage lift.

Cons: Looking everywhere in the appartment to find the toilet paper and noone there to ask for it.

Pros: Excellent location, I posted the photo of the view from the window, clean room and bathroom, great host, helped us with everything, for which I’m thankful

Pros: Ottima posizione in pieno centro, stanza spaziosa e pulita, staff gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Sicuramente la posizione. Molto strategica a due passi dal centro.

Cons: Purtroppo è molto rumorosa. Si sentono le macchine che passano e essendo vicino alla movida si sente la musica e il vocio delle persone. Non so se è stato perché era sabato o se è consuetudine. Cmq è una cosa di cui tener conto se si hanno problemi di sonno.

Pros: Muy Buena la ubicacion, la habitacion era grande y comoda. El baño tambien. Nos permitieron hacer late check out que fue maravilloso para poder estar mas livianas antes de ir al aeropuerto. Super recomendable

Cons: Nada que pudieran controlar los dueños, pero en la vereda habia una constrccion y dificultaba moverse con equipaje
