Pros: The property was well located easy ro find with the direcrions provided.....spotless clean with fantastic size rooms.....the staff were very friendly and helpfull and the brekfast was excelle nt.

Cons: Itvwas a little noisy during the night bit thats to be expected with such a great central location.

Right in the centre of Palermo

Pros: Right off the one of the main streets of Palermo through a grand wooden door. Amazing view of the Teatro Massimo di Palermo right out of your window. Huge rooms with plenty of space. Very accommodating staff with great recommendations.

Cons: Parking is a short walk and 30eur.

Fantastic place to stay, centrally located with amazing staff.

Pros: All 3 staff we met Giusy, Antonella and Stefania went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay- From the snacks and wine in the room when we arrived, to the booking of the airport transfers. The room we had was fantastic - high ceilinged, lots of light and a great view of the Massimo Theatre. The bathroom was excellent and everywhere was cleaned daily to a really high standard. The central location meant we had a range of places to eat and drink, all on the doorstep and easy access to sights. Many of the tours used the location as a starting point. If you want an authentic experience this is definitely a great place to stay.

It was clean , comfortable and suited our needs to the tee.

Perfect little getaway

Pros: The best location, overlooking the Main Street but the double glazing keeps the room silent The suite was HUGE and amazing value for money The staff (owner I believe) was really helpful with some of my more basic questions 🤣 Everywhere was spotless

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t amazing but coffee & a pastry was €2 down the road 🤷‍♂️

Amazing stay in one of the best areas of Palermo!

Pros: The location was awesome. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were great. So nice.

Cons: I was disappointed at the beginning as I thought I’d booked a hotel. But once I got over that and walked around the corner and realised wow we are in the centre of the action in one of the best streets in the historical centre, I realised we were so lucky! Staff were amazing.

Pros: Beautiful room. Staff were very helpful. Small boutique B&B in a great location.
