Perfect location, beautiful terrace, spotless cleanliness, and a real five-star stay.

Pros: Many thanks to Simone for the warm welcome and all the help during my stay. Everything was explained clearly and she was always responsive and helped me with anything I needed. The place truly feels like a five-star experience — very clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. There were complimentary snacks, coffee, and drinks!! The terrace is amazing and offers a fantastic city view. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to great restaurants. I really loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was more than sufficient and very well thought out

Pros: This is a great apartment in an excellent location in Palermo! The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. The location was wonderful, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The owner was extremely kind and even allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated. It was also a lovely touch to find snacks, coffee, tea, and two bottles of water waiting for me in the room upon arrival. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Very good stay in this hotel. The location is ideal, close to everything. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I had an excellent stay and I recommend without hesitation.

Pros: Perfect location. Quiet and comfortable room. Great views from the terrace.

perfect location in old town

Pros: Everything was very good, the landlady always responded immediately. Additional tea and coffee capsules were available for free. Location is right in old town, lot of shops and restaurant arround. The apartment was on the 6 th floor, because I don't like elevators, I usually walked 150 steps one way. The elevator was old, but it worked well.

Cons: none

Perfect stay minutes from everything.

Pros: I liked the ability to self check in as we were arrving late. Beds very comfortable, views were amazing, extra touches were considerate. Shower was great as well as the TV. I also felt like Simone was very clear with instructions and quick to respond. The location is so central you are within walking distance of all sides so I will definitley return again for a longer stay.

Cons: Having to leave so early.

Pros: Enjoyed the terrace which overlooked the Main Street of Palermo. Good communication. Comfortable room.

Great apartment, great location and a great host

Check in process was really simple and easy. Simona was a great communicator. Location is perfect in the heart of Palerm

Pros: Check in process was really simple and easy. Simona was a great communicator. Location is perfect in the heart of Palermo. Room was a good size, clean, all essential amenities and massive private terrace with 180 views of the city, sea and mountains.

Cons: One night the room staying next to me, we’re really loud and could hear a lot through the wall. But apart from that the stay was perfect.

Pros: It was such a great appartment, that I would give more than 10 point. Location, viwe, cleaness, equipment, super wow.
