He has a rare ability to make guests feel truly welcome and at home from the very first moment. Ms. Anna took exceptional care of the cleanliness — the room is spacious, spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony overlooking a lively street full of cafés, restaurants, and shops, which adds to the authentic Palermo experience. The location next to Teatro Massimo could not be more ideal for discovering Palermo, whether during the day or in the evening. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Pros: Our stay at Pagano Home was wonderful! The place is equipped with absolutely everything you need – from fresh linens and towels down to umbrellas for rainy days. Amenities like coffee, water, a fridge, and a hairdryer are provided, and we could easily ask for cutlery when needed. The place is spotlessly clean. Even though it is located right on the main pedestrian street, it is surprisingly quiet at night thanks to high-quality soundproof windows. The location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommended!

Pros: Our stay at Pagano Home Guesthouse was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself is amazing: a beautifully renovated flat in a truly perfect location. Our room was not only comfortable and stylish, but also featured a lovely balcony overlooking Via Maqueda, which made our stay even more special. What really made the experience unforgettable were the people. Francesco is an absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful host, always available and attentive to every detail. And Anna is simply wonderful — cheerful, caring, and always making sure we were having a great time. Her morning hugs were such a beautiful and heartwarming touch that made us feel completely at home. Everything about Pagano Home exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We definitely recommend Pagano Home Guesthouse and would love to return in the future.

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel! The room was wonderful, decorated in an atmospheric style, which added a unique charm to our stay. The location in the very center of the city is invaluable, and the extremely friendly Francesco made us feel very welcome. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

Pros: Have never given Exceptional before but this property truly exceptional. Central location, great decor, comfortable bed and a great shower. Our hosts were very nice and helpful.

Pros: Location was amazing. Really friendly welcome. Newly renovated accommodation. Very clean. Gorgeous balcony overlooking all the action on the street. Host booked us a taxi for a very early transfer to the airport. Host was really helpful, friendly and super responsive. Beautiful building. Room tastefully decorated. Free tea and coffee available. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location close to Teatro Massimo is fantastic and the staff is amazing. As first time travelers by car in Italy we had some misunderstandings about the rules at first (totaly on us), and Francesco really went above and beyond to help us and make it a wonderful stay in Palermo.

Lovely people, Sicilian hospitality

Pros: Great hosts on arrival. I was offered tea / coffee . Early bag drop-off was possible on request ..always little sicilian treats were left out for all to take every day . The room was very clean, bright, and spacious with beautiful large modern unsuite with toiletries.location is perfect central to all attractions and restaurants. Very secure building and guesthouse area on second floor with lift if needed . Balcony views are great looking at the population of palermo go by as you unwind after a long day .
