Great place to stay for a few nights

Pros: Friendly host, great location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Cons: No lift - had to carry heavy case up 2 flights of stairs.

Wonderful stay in the center of Palermo!

Pros: Wonderful stay at Isula. The room is really nice and spacious. Excellent location, right in the city center, in quiet little street, close to all touristic atractions and places to go out. Luisa was an great host as well, made sure that we had a great stay and gave us great recommendations of restaurants and bars. The appartment felt like a boutique hotel, loved it. Definitelty recommend this place!

Pros: Luisa was very helpful and informative. She responded to my message quickly and gave us a recommendation of restaurants, etc. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodation is in a good location and easy to get to the station and the central town.

Pros: Very comfortable and well designed room in a central location.Louisa is a very friendly and accommodating host. who made many good recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay !

Pros: - Great location to explore the city on foot - Recommendations from the staff were brilliant - it made such a difference to our stay and they were all great recommendations for bars and restaurants and we tried quite a few of them - Nice size apartment with a fridge and small breakfast snacks was a nice bonus

Cons: If I have to be picky - the shower in the bathroom did not drain very well and was a bit unpleasant. But it wouldn’t stop me staying there again

Pros: I really loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, plenty of closet space to hang my clothes, coffee and even some sweets waiting for me. The location is great—just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and Quattro Canti. I didn’t get to meet the host in person, but he was extremely kind and sent me helpful recommendations for restaurants and even a taxi when I arrived late.

Cons: The only downside is the street where the hotel is located. While Palermo in general has a somewhat chaotic and gritty charm, this avenue feels particularly unsafe. It might not actually be dangerous, but it definitely feels that way, especially at night. Nevertheless I would still recommend the hotel, I think the pros are far more.

Pros: Location was great. Coffee pods were great but for three days we would have liked more and china cups not paper cups. Water provided was good.

Cons: Floor was not cleaned well and a door was squeaky but otherwise, it was good value for money and very comfortable

Central, clean, easy/friendly communication—surrounded by amazing food and rustic architecture that radiates Palermo

Pros: Everything! Luisa was by far the most helpful and friendly host. Her food recommendations were top notch as the place is surrounded by good food and fun experiences. Overall, the instructions were easy to understand, the room was spacious and very clean and the location of the Isula was a perfect base to explore Palermo. If I am fortunate to come back to Palermo, I would return to the Isula!

Pros: We could not fault anything. Always happy to call out issues but there were none. Location was awesome, cute little balcony, fittings top shelf. And the host Louisa was really helpful and full of energy. Palermo is a very cool town. The location is an easy walk from the train station. Enjoy!

Cons: Beware of some slight confusion with street names. It's tiny little alleys (perfectly safe and clean). Get a pin drop or persevere a bit.
