A Casuzza di Gio

Pros: Central location, safe and quiet area, renovated and very well-equipped apartment, lots of amenities provided free of charge, helpful and polite host - available at any point during the day

Cons: not much natural light in the apartment, a narrow passage to access the shower

A great base for the historic centre

Pros: It all started with excellent communication with Gio, which lasted throughout our stay. It was also sweet to be welcomed to the apartment by his Mum. The location of the building is hard to beat, close to all the central arlttractions and food/drink opportunities you may need and reasonably quiet at the same time. The apartment is located on the first floor, so it isn't much trouble to carry your luggage upastairs. Plus the staircase itself is very impressive. The host provides A LOT for your stay, from coffee pods and cooking equipment, to hair conditioner and toothpaste! The bed is very big and comfortable and so is the sofa bed.

Cons: Our only complaints would be the size of the bathroom and very limited natural light. Other than that, we loved it. Grazie mille!🙏

Central yet quiet place

Pros: Gio's apartment is in a 17th century building in one of the most historic parts of Palermo. It was a pleasure to stay there whilst enjoying the comfort of modern facilities. Minutes away there are restaurants, cafés, bars and a variety of shops. The airport bus stop on Via Roma is less than 8 minutes walk and the main train station is only a little further away.

Pros: Very nice apartment, exactly like shown in the pictures. Comfortable bed and pillows, very good and central location in La Kalsa means walking distance to everything in the historical center, the train station,... Very good, big supermarket around the corner. Litteraly everything is provided, both in kitchen and bathroom. Gio is a very accommodating host and his mom lives in the same building and came to make sure everything was going well after I did self check in, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for this lovely stay! Would 100% recommend.

Cons: The very few and not really major remarks that I would have is that bathroom is really cramped and the shower really small (but you can see that in the pictures).

Pros: Flat very comfortable and central with all necessary amenities

Pros: This apartment is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Everything is well-maintained. There is nothing to complain about.

Pros: I really enjoyed my time at A Casuzza di Gio. The location is very, very good – perfect for exploring Palermo, with everything within easy walking distance but still in a peaceful area. The apartment itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you might need. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with pods provided – such a nice touch to start the day! The host was kind and helpful throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

An excellent very clean apartment that is centrally located to walk to attractions, and is excellently managed by friend

Pros: Very helpful owners who were quick to respond to questions, central location for walking to most attractions, this apartment is spacious and very clean and quiet. One of the best appartments I have stayed in - for these factors. It’s location gave me a good experience of Palermo

Cons: Nothing to dislike : wish I could have stayed longer!

Perfectly located and comfortable apartment in heart of Palermo

Pros: Perfectly located in historic center, close to main attractions. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Communication with owner was great and friendly. If you come to Palermo, this is the apartment to stay.

Pros: Wonderful, welcoming, well located, beautiful furnished with practical little details. Very clean and very comfortable. The location is easy to reach by bus and a little bit by foot from the airport. It is in a very authentic and vivid area of Palermo. Very quiet side street, there are no loud restaurants or traffic. The communication was easy, helpful and very friendly. The Pedestrian area invites to explore: old churches, markets, parks, yacht Harbour… Just strolling along and dive in the Puls of Palermo. The heating is through the air condition. I liked the place very much and recommend it fully.
