Highly recommended, very nice apartment in great price with helpful host!

Pros: The apartment is clean and cozy, equipped with anything you would need. Located close to the city center with good public transportation. There’s a mini market and pharmacy just around the corner as well as street food stalls. The neighborhood may look rundown but people are lovely and helpful. It was nice listening to neighbors playing Carmelo Zappulla in the morning :)

Cons: There’s nothing that I would point out as negative. Just have this in mind: it can be loud at night on the weekends.

Pros: Raffaele was super helpful - he even bought us detergent for the washing machine and delivered it to the apartment while we were out (calling first to make sure it was convenient for us). Lovely host!

Pros: Um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Lage perfekt, schon in 10 min. ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. In der nahen Umgebung findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und geräumig, modern renoviert, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Dachterasse lädt zum sonnen, essen, chillen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- Raffaele war immer erreichbar und hat sich bei Fragen sehr schnell zurück gemeldet.

Cons: Wer lärmempfindlich ist , könnte sich von der lebendigen Nachbarschaft gestört fühlen- das Leben findet auf der Straße statt, tagsüber, aber eben auch in der Nacht.

Pros: Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è bellissima, ben arredata e con un terrazzino ideale per rilassarsi al sole. La posizione è strategica: a due passi dal centro turistico, ma immersa nella Palermo più autentica, nel cuore di un quartiere storico e popolare, ricco di cultura e vita di quartiere vera. Serve solo consapevolezza del contesto, ma per me è stato un valore aggiunto. Ottima gestione dell’host. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente e spazioso; salendo da una piccola scala a chiocciola interna si può approfittare anche di una grande terrazza privata sul tetto!! Raffaele il ns host, super disponibile e gentile, ci ha lasciato cialde per il caffè e acqua a disposizione, e in piu ci ha dato utilissimi consigli per tutta la vacanza.

Cons: Si trova in un piccolo vicolo del Borgo Vecchio, in realtà non è un punto negativo però il primo impatto esternamente forse non è il massimo.
