Cons: La localisation sur booking est fausse A 20h c'est un peu flippant !! Je crois que cela a poutant été signalé plusieurs fois .... Attention aux escaliers intérieurs Le parking est un vrai plus Attention l'appart est à l intérieur de la ztl d'où l'obligation de prendre une permission pour faire les 400 m nécessaires En mettant tout en route clim four on a fait sauter les plombs : le compteur est à l'extérieur du logement à droite avant d'arriver au portail voiture

Pros: Було чудово! Квартира з чарівною терасою, чиста і простора, наявне все необхідне, дуже зручне розташування!

Cons: Трохи ускладнена комунікація з персоналом, дуже довго відповідають на запити і повідомлення. Ми просили про можливість змінити час вселення і отримали відповідь більше ніж через 7 годин, що для нас вже було запізно, і до того ж відповідь була негативною.

Fin lägenhet i lugnt miljö med centrala Palermo runt hörnet

Pros: Området var lugnt och trevligt på gångavstånd från tågcentralen, och nära till alla restauranger och sevärdheter. Lägenheten var smakfullt inredd med en fin terrass på översta våningen.

Cons: Den ena toaletten gick inte att låsa. En uppsättning nycklar begränsar friheten då alla måste lämna lägenheten samtidigt.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage,

Pros: Topp Lage in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in der Nähe des Hafens und der Altstadt. Schöne Dachterrasse und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

stylische Wohnung in toller Lage - Preis-Leistung aber mehr als ausbaufähig

Pros: Absolut Sensationelle Lage! Alles innerhalb 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage (alte Tomatensaucenfabrik) war sehr sicher. Die Optik der Wohnung war äußerst stylisch.

Cons: Apartment: - super stylisch, aber nicht funktional - Küche schön mit hochwertigen Geräten, aber mit der sparsamen Ausstattung ist es nicht möglich richtig zu kochen - Nur 2 Schlafzimmer und in einem davon nur eine Schlafcouch als Bett (No Go) - Dusche im oberen Bad funktioniert nicht wirklich - Alle Wasserhähne spritzen alles voll - Man braucht 5 Schlüssel um in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Verlässt man das Haus muss der gesamte Schlüsselbund mitgenommen werden. Hier ist auch der Schlüssel für den Stromschalter dabei. Licht und Klimaanlage funktionieren also nicht, wenn jemand außer Haus ist. Check-in: - 20€ mussten vor Ort für Late Check in (nach 20:00) bezahlt werden, was bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich war - vorab wurde die Ankunftszeit mehrfach kommuniziert, dennoch mussten wir vor Ort 30 Minuten auf den Check in warten, weil wir scheinbar vergessen wurden. Kommunikation: - äußerst umständlich über mehrere Kanäle (guest area online, Mail, WhatsApp mit 2 verschiedenen Nummern)

Modern, comfortable, safe apartment

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment with modern bathrooms and a nice patio with lots of sun in the afternoon. Felt very safe and secure, good area walking distance from bars and restaurants. It was also great to have a secure parking spot inside the property gates!

Cons: One set of keys for a two bedroom is not enough, especially as the keys are needed for the lights to work and to get in/out of the two gates, so everyone had to leave together which restricted our freedom. Also, the management company was a bit chaotic and spammed us with nonsensical messages across platforms, but the man who checked us in was very kind and gave us great recommendations. Lastly, the address listed is not the actual entrance - that is around the corner. But, the apartment itself was lovely and we enjoyed our time there.

Pros: La déco, le calme de la residence, le situation geographique proche du centre Historique, le parking privé, la terrasse.

Cons: Attention le logement est en zonne ztl : il faut acheter des tickets journaliers à 5 euros dans un bureau Amat pour y circuler (sauf le samedi et le dimanche). Pour enregistrer le pass, il faut envoyer un sms et attendre une confirmation mais ça ne fonctionne pas d'un portable français. Wonderful Italy l'a gentillement fait pour nous.

Très calme et parfaitement situé

Pros: Hébergement très bien situé, refait à neuf, spacieux (sur trois niveaux), confortable et très calme. Parfait pour visiter le centre historique à pied. La personne qui a assuré le check-in était sympathique et a pris le temps d'expliquer les lieux.

Cons: Check-in en ligne un peu fastidieux, avec de nombreux messages reçus.
