Pros: The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so we slept very well. The room was cleaned every day and it was very handy to have the common dining area for takeaway food. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The electric pulley to carry the luggages up was a brilliant idea so we didn't need to carry our suitcases up the stairs(we had two big ones). The location is very good and central, yet safe. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Cons: None

Pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Great location, easy walk from the central station and to many of the main cathedrals and sites. We were only staying 1 night in Palermo so wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, convenient and with staff who could assist with an airport transfer for the following day. We got just that. Friendly staff, and a clean spacious room. Would recommend for anyone wanting a hassle-free stay in Palermo

Cons: Nothing!

The perfect accomodation in Palermo!

Pros: Perfect location, comfy bed, clean room, 10/10! The staff are incredibly very kind and helpful, Sergio always responded quickly and helped organise private transfers, and provided recommendations of things to do for our whole trip. We will definitely be returning when we visit Palermo again.

Great location and very nice rooms. Hosts of the little hotel were very kind and helpful.

Pros: The rooms were very big and it had a cute cafe right downstairs to eat breakfast. Great location to walk and see sites.

Cons: Three flights of stairs - but they have a hoist to carry bags up so you do not have to do this.

Great place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Excellent location in central Palermo, beautiful breakfast in a local cafe. Really friendly and helpful staff

Cons: On third floor with no lift so a lot of stairs after a day sightseeing. There is a luggage hoist so you never have to carry your bags though

Great short break in Palermo

Pros: Great location, very easy to find and we had an early self check in. Spacious and clean rooms and a good breakfast in a local cafe. Sergio was very welcoming and gave us information on Palermo highlights. Highly recommended 😀

Cons: Was able to leave luggage safely after check out, always a big plus.

Stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The location was really perfect! We walked almost to all of the main attractions in Palermo without any problems from the apartment. Sergio kindly also informed us about where we could park our car which is not so easy to find if you’re not use to the central zone in Palermo.
