Pros: Best rooms I have seen in medium category in Italy. In addition super great host who gave suggestions for great restaurants and also solved one of my issues. Next time should come with my GF.

Lovely B&B in Palermo! Highly recommend for short stay.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, comfortable boutique B&B in the heart of Palermo. Only 5 bedrooms (our group had them all), they were newly fitted, modern style with first class facilities in each, which was very welcome. The location was perfect for one of the street food market just around the corner, which then led into the old town. Massimo greeted us on arrival, and was extremely helpful in suggesting a route round the city to make the most of our short stay. A lovely man! Communication was excellent leading up to our stay too.

Cons: Not the fault of the hotel at all, but the downside when we stayed was the political party festival (music, loudspeakers etc) behind the building until midnight!

We had a beautiful stay in the apartment

Pros: The property was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We traveled by car , and the was an inside parking lot 5’ from the property. The host was super kind and he proposed places to go for lunch and breakfast. The property was close to the main touristic areas. We checked in without the host which was really convenient

Pros: Spacious and clean room, with all we needed. Good location next to a big underground parking lot and a short walk from the central streets. The host, Massimo, was very kind and made sure we had all the info, gave us many tips to enjoy our short stay in the city.

An amazing hidden gem

Pros: Even before I arrived massimo was in contact to making my arrival easy, he gave full advice on direction from the airport even down to the Train times. Massimo wasn’t there at the time of check which I need had happen before but it was seamless. He was at the end of a phone and aided in every step. I did ask for an iron and it was there in my room on arrival. The room is extremely clean/spacious, great storage space and an amazing coffee machine(espresso) which they replenished the pods every morning, Also a fridge in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable, fantastic high quality mattress and pillows. The location of the hotel is fantastic it’s basically 10/15 minute walk to nearly all major attractions. Can not speak more highly of this hidden gem

Fab location and room in central Palermo.

Pros: Excellent location, and very comfortable room with all facilities. Massimo and his lovely team gave us a very comprehensive check in with lots of nice recommendations in the area. They were very warm and helpful for any questions before our trip. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a great location in Palermo. Massimo and his team also kindly gifted us free breakfast as a token for our honeymoon which was also delicious!!!
