Pros: The room was very clean. Checking in was easy. The facilities in the room were very good. The pictures on booking.com give a very good representation of the actual room.

Cons: The minifridge made some noise during our stay.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. A lovely big shower. I was able to drop my bags off early on my arrival in town. The hosts brought me a lovely coffee when i missed my breakfast

Great stay

Pros: Very large room with French doors & balcony. Very nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Modern bathroom. Walk-in shower. Mauro v kindly permitted us to leave our luggage on last day. 10 min walk to major attractions etc. very nice cafe around corner for excellent coffee & pastry.

Cons: Staircase leading to property a little disconcerting but will be good when finished particularly as property is on 2nd floor.

Pros: Host was really supportive and responsive. Room was really nice and clean!! Location was also really nice since it was close to the city but also close to the train station.

Cons: The bed was too hard, but that’s subjective.

A lovely stay in Palermo

Pros: Beautiful room in a shared apartment style accom, very modern and comfortable. Good location near dining options. Loved the decor and choice of both shower and spa bath.

Cons: Entering the building as a solo female traveller is quite intimidating as the entry way is always dark and the staircase seems to be under renovation, it's fine once you are used to it but just a bit eerie on first view!

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment close to the city center of Palermo

Pros: - Clean - Nice furniture and design - Comfortable bed - Quiet apartment - Drinking water tap provided in the shared kitchen - Good airconditioning & possibility to let it run without making noise which comes in handy when trying to sleep for example

Cons: - There were construction works going on during the time of our stay, so if we opened the windows, we had quite some noise from this. However, with the windows closed, there was no problem. - There could be provided a bit more facilities in the kitchen. For example, some salt, pepper, and baking oil would be nice since it is quite inconvenient to buy this when only staying in the apartment for a few days. Also, good cutting knives and a cutting board would come in handy. Additionally, a bin for kitchen waste was missing. It would be handy if this is provided as well. - There are a few lights in the bathroom that are connected to a ventilator system, so once you turn on the lights, the ventilator system starts and you cannot turn that system off if you want to keep the light on. The noise from this is a bit annoying. - In the bathroom, the ventilator system or another type of system sometimes starts working suddenly in the bathroom. Since the door of the bathroom to the bedroom doesn’t close properly, this is inconvenient because you can hear the noise from this system(s) when lying in bed. - No terrace - No line outside to dry your clothes or towels

Pros: The apartment was way more comfortable for four people than we expected, it is pretty close to the city center and the neighborhood is nice- very lively and it has everything that you might need. There’s no parking space but you can park free if charge right in front of the entrance if there is empty space. Overall I recommend and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Pros: This is a fully refurnished property that is clean secure and with many amenities. The communication was great. It would have been good to have an extra pillow each but otherwise very comfortable.

Cons: Personally we didnt like the location, it was a long walk for getting to various locations and the streets are very dirty and noisy, unlike nearer the coast. Obviously we appreciate it is in the old section of town.

New, stylish, beautiful room, 15 mins by foot to city center.

Pros: The room was wo beautiful, even better than on the pictures. It had two small balconies and a jacuzzi inside the room😄 It was very clean, stylish, big, comfortable just fantastic. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The building itself from the outside is not very pretty, the hallways were a bit scary. Once you enter the accomoddation it doesn‘t matter anymore but when I first entered I was scared I was scammed😅

Modern stylish apartments great for groups & lovely air con.

Pros: Very modern apartment that has a lovely open space, great for groups and very good air con. Spacious with a good bathroom and large shower. Great location near markets, restaurants and sights. Big fridge and freezer. Two private bedrooms and comfy beds.

Cons: Limited natural light, thin walls so was waken up early in the morning if people were leaving rooms & light shone under doorway all night. Have to pay for a second set of clean towels which is quite expensive. We were also not given much toilet roll and had to ask for it twice. No bin provided.
