Lovely apartment and great location - would recommend.

Pros: Spacious rooms, walkable to all major tourist attractions, ideal location, fantastic air conditioning.

Cons: We would have loved to know in advance that coffee pods for the machine, salt & pepper & oil are not included.

Huge and well designed apartment in the historic center

Pros: The apartment is in perfect condition, clean, spacious and has very unique design. We loved the terrace and kitchen area, and the 3 bathrooms were more than comfortable. The location is in the heart of the historical area, which was very close by walking to access the markets, however the area might be a bit rough.

Wonderful stay in Palermo

Pros: We stayed here with another couple for 4 nights. The location is more than impressive. The pictures are 100% representative of the accommodation, and we really enjoyed all the amenities and everything that we had at our disposal. The communication with the host was top notch (as they are certified professionals) and their suggestions were very good. We had a good time, and we were very happy with our choice.

Cons: The beds were a bit uncomfortable (the pillows especially were too hard for all of us). And besides this small inconsistent point, the location (although central) is not very appealing. However, as we noticed, this extends to the entire city center of Palermo, so at the end we realized our street was actually one of the cleaner and better ones.

Pros: Well equipped apartment, big bedrooms, nice big balcony.

Cons: There were a lot of stairs.

Gute zentrale Lage

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft. Mega Terrasse.

Cons: Leider war zu wenig Bettwäsche vorhanden. Vermieter wollte uns welche vorbeibringen, was jedoch leider vergessen wurde.

Loved this property, great hub to experience Palermo.

Pros: The location is in the middle of the historical district and within walking distance of almost everything. The deck provided an exciting view of the city.

Cons: It is clearly listed that this is on the fourth floor without a lift. This may not sink in until you have climbed the stairs several time with groceries. Not a deal breaker, just be warned.

Tolle, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung!

Pros: Wow! Diese Unterkunft war wundervoll! Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt, hat eine tolle Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Was wichtig ist zu wissen, ist, dass die Wohnung in einer ZTL Zone liegt, sodass man unbedingt vorher in einem Tabacchi einen Berechtigungsschein (5 Euro pro Tag) kaufen muss, um hohe Bußgelder zu vermeiden.

Cons: Das einzige, was wir bemängeln können ist die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung nebenan aktuell kernsaniert und renoviert wird. Somit wurden wir leider an 2 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes von sehr lauten Bohrgeräuschen geweckt, nicht unbedingt das, was man morgens um 7.30 Uhr im Urlaub haben möchte.
