La Palma

Lovely clean house in great location with very helpful owner.

Pros: This lovely home is perfectly located near to two small supermarkets, a great bakery and the beach. We had everything we needed right on the doorstep and he centre of San Vito is only a few minutes walk away. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the hostess/owner was extremely helpful.

Cons: It would have been helpful to find more information in the house about such things as electric switches, details of rubbish collections etc but we worked it all out.

Great property. Highly recommended.

Pros: Wonderful house and garden space. So close to incredible beach. Local supermarkets, deli and restaurants. Friendly and helpful owners. Great holiday for family of 4. Thank you !! We were there before the season really starts mid April, so a lot of places were closed but we prefer it like that as it is much quieter.

Wish we stayed longer!

Pros: Great place! Clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a beach holiday. Very nice patio. Giovanna and Francesco were super helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Great location. Very close to the beautiful beach, but also to restaurants, etc., and there is a bakery accross the street with a good choice of pastries for breakfest. You can park your car nearby.

Pros: Very nice location. Walking distance from the beach and the town.

Cons: Internet and tv signals not stable. Some bugs (ants and a few beatles) coming in the house from outside. We slept with the windows closed and air conditioning on. Hydro power not stable when using air conditioning and washing machine together.

Pros: Non ho mai trovato una struttura così accogliente e attrezzata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dallo spazio dentro super attrezzato allo spazio fuori super utilizzato e comodo.

Cons: Armadio nelle camere

We loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Pros: This property was beautiful! Gorgeous courtyard, full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and updated kitchen. And the location…the best!

Cons: If I am to mention any downside to this property it would be alternating between the electrical sources (air conditioning units and hot water heater). Only 3 can be used at once so since there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it’s just a matter of alternating the use. Once we understood it was easy. We blew out the fuse the first night because we didn’t get a chance to read the rules of the house. Luckily there is the very nice neighbor Virginia who helped explain what to do. Still loved it and definitely coming back!
