Maximum Suite & Spa

A real gem in the middle of Palermo - well worth the money

Pros: It was wonderful - the jacuzzi was super cool! And loads of choice for breakfast.

Cons: My one issue was communication - they were very slow with information about the check-in. If they had said call once there and they would send information then no problem. But - as I said it was a great place.

Would stay again

Pros: Great breakfast and layout Very central to town and markets. We parked out the front of building for three nights no problem we felt safe.

Cons: Stairs, no lift, no issue for us but may effect wider or children especially with baggage.

Pros: The Room was great. Very close to the old town which was a Very lively place. Parking less than 1 minute walk . We had a small problem with the jacuzzi which we reported. It was sorted out immediately. Very happy and would highly recommend 👌

The room was excellent, clean, had sauna, jacuzzi, shower and super king bed. Location was great.

Pros: The breakfast was continental and was very good. Plenty of choice and simple. It could have done with some fresh fruit and salad. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of some of the attractions.

Cons: I liked everything. There was nothing that we did not like.

Intimate and relaxing setting

Pros: Modern and well facilitated. Luxurious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near the main areas. Felt welcome.

Cons: Late information from host regarding check in. Could have messaged the day prior with details for check in to reduce confusion.

Amazing room in the best location for exploring Palermo

Pros: Amazing location. Great room facilities , brilliant room service, very clean.

Cons: Breakfast was limited. The room wasnt really a suite. It would be nice to have a lounge or larger eating area. It was difficult to carry the suitcases up the stairs

Nice stay, but disappointing breakfast

Pros: Very comfortable room. Super clean and great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Using the jacuzzi and the sauna after walking all day was great. Easy check in too. Francesco was very helpful.

Cons: The breakfast - I don’t understand why they offer only pastry options. A mix of sweet and savoury options would be SO much better (and healthier). The lack of privacy of the toilet/shower. Walls are much better than glass partition.

Great hotel

Pros: Amazing stay. Only booked one night but decided to stay another. Staff were very helpful and had a room ready straight away for us.

Cons: The room we stayed In was a bit noisy from the balcony from 10 in the morning from the traffic outside.

Back again, great stay..

Pros: Absolutely love this hotel. I have stayed here before so I knew the place and facilities were going to be amazing. Staff were very accomdating and let us change rooms when we got there. Room was absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning was good.

Cons: Check out time is at 10.30 would be good if it was later.

Amazing

Pros: The room was amazing! Absolutely loved the vibe. Hot tub and sauna was fantastic. Mini bar was full of drinks and bottle of Prosecco and snacks on arrival. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Would stay again
