Pros: Great location, near all the sights, but street is not too busy. Lovely selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and our group particularly appreciated the terrace in the suite. Self check-in but communication with staff was very easy

Pros: The position is really great, literally minutes from teatro massimo and teatro garibaldi! The room and apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons: We were a little bit concerned about the sound that the elevator made

Pros: We loved how close the property and opportunities for dinner and shopping. It was also very close to major tourist attractions It is a lovely clean modern room. I would highly recommend staying there. The staff at the sister Hotel really helped us with storing our luggage and organising a driver to The airport at 5 am in the morning

Cons: The air-conditioner didn’t seem to work for longer than four hours. It shuts itself off and we had to turn it on in the middle of the night . We are a bit worried about the lift and made this really weird noise when we went up and down, but the lady that cleaned our room is short us that it was normal. We tried the television once but it didn’t seem to work.

Great stay. Just hope there isn’t a familie with a lot of loud kids also renting during your stay.

Pros: It was clean and nicely decorated. Also a nice location.

Cons: Walls were very thin so we could hear the familie in the apartments next door all night and morning which made it hard to fall asleep.

Pros: We had a great stay at this accommodation. It is well-located, right across from the theater and close to the main street with plenty of restaurants. The facility is clean, relatively new and well-maintained, and a high floor. The breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Given the quality, comfort, and convenience, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Cons: The check-in process was a bit challenging for us.

Lovely experience

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palermo! The room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, right on a central street, making it super convenient for exploring the city. What stood out most to me was how safe and secure the property felt, which is so important when traveling. The hotel was impeccably clean, with daily cleaning that kept everything spotless. Every detail inside the property felt well-maintained.I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.
