B&B Casa Rosellina

Big room cozy stay

Pros: The room is cozy and is close to interest spots and public transportation, the lady in charge was very kind and flexible as i needed to do the check in earlier and I had no problems at all.

Cons: NA

Good value for money

Pros: Location good and breakfast had good choices. Balcony with table and chairs

Cons: Communication about entry to the property as the owner cannot speak English

Great place to stay for exploring Palermo

Pros: Perfect location! And many nice restaurants and cafes surrounding the property. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh pastry and pizzette! Room was good size. The lady who runs it is very nice and attentive.

Cons: Outdoor loud pub singer until late on Saturday. Understandable, and nothing B&B Casa Rosellina could have done about that. But I really wanted to go down to the pub and tell the singer that the loud volume he used did not improve his singing! :-D

Would choose it again!

Pros: - Great location to explore the city and felt very safe walking home at night - The staff was friendly and fun - Nice and big room and bathroom, well-functioning air conditioning

Pros: The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the centre and 10 min to quattro canti, 20 min walk to the port. The room was big, clean, very comfortable, the bathroom was big.

Cons: Rhe shower cabin was quite tight, typical italian breakfast, croissant and other sweet bread types, cakes and jam. I was prepared for that so it was expected

Lovely central accomodation

Pros: The location was superb, it close to all the sights and had shops and restaurants on your door step. The lady who ran the b&b was lovely, she spoke in her native tongue so I’d no idea what was saying but she couldn’t do enough for you and was very helpful.

Cons: The only downside was the noise that came from the pipes/plumbing system. Ir was very loud when you flushed the toilet or turned a tap on. It’s an old and beautiful building so I wouldn’t let it put you off.

Pros: It is a guest house not hotel...The host was really helpful. Since she doesn't understand English but eventhough she was really helpful. She was ever ready to help. We wanted to go to activity at 7.30 am and our breakfast was 8am. I asked her if she could do at 7.15 am instead 8am breakfast..she did at 7 am and packed everything for us.. she kept our luggage after check out. You guys can use Google translate. One of the best host i have ever met..I highly recommend.

Great location. Friendly hosts

Pros: Very good location. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect holiday in the heart of Palermo

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Casa Rosellina! The room was clean with fresh furniture, and there was also a balcony with a table and chairs, where it was nice to be in the sun. The breakfasts were great, Italian coffee with fresh pastries and orange juice! I want to say a special thank you to Elena for her help in navigating the city and refining everything!

Pros: Location is great for exploring Palermo. You can go everywhere on foot. An elevator takes you to the room, so you don't need to carry you laguage. The lady at reception is kind and helps with advice.

Cons: The windows do not seal well, so you can hear rumble from the street in the room. For breakfast, there is a more sweeter choice, we missed salty choice like eggs, cheese.
