La Terrazza Palace B&B

An amazing stay!

Pros: Dears, it was an amazing stay - I sincerely recommend La Terrazza Palace, as I fully and deeply enjoyed! The perfect location, the wonderful room with a nice bathroom (the shower with a water massage :) ), small balcony that always makes the difference - and a very comfortable bed. Plus the room was so silent - zero noise at night, I slept like a baby :) I want to especially highlight the personnel - started from the guidance on how to reach the hotel and the room specifically to a lovely and helpful attitude. And my special love goes to a very cute, nice and sincere boy - Angelo :) Thank you so much for taking care of me, Angelo! I wish you, guys, all the best in what you are doing and a lot of success! Stay healthy, loved and happy! With all my heart, Kate, from Belarus.

Pros: Great location, nice stuff and good value for money

Cons: Old building and facilities

Good Value

Pros: Thank you Antonio for the clear instructions on how to locate the accommodation which is very close to the centre. The room was very pleasant with good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, room clean and tidy and was a very good location from which to explore the area. Plenty of good restaurants within a short distance - and shops. The breakfast area is spacious with a tasty selection. While there was not the usual Reception , nevertheless Antonio was always contactable and very helpful. If I were to return to Palermo I would certainly consider La Terazza.

Cons: The entrance can be a little difficult with suitcases but is manageable.

Pros: Really helpful being able to store luggage on last day and have access to waiting area with toilet facilities.

Cons: No bad comments to add

Pros: Angelo and Antinino were excellent, and they even arranged a late pickup at the airport and walked us into the accommodation, then checked us in. We loved the hospitality and advice. Without a doubt, we would stay there again.

Pros: I enjoyed the location as it was very close to my conference venue and not very far from the centre. The room was quiet and the facilities were OK. I had a spacious terrace which I was unable to use due to my busy programme in Palermo.

Cons: There was a problem with the lock. I was unable to lock the room from inside, it was not working. It needs mending. Breakfasts need some more alterations as my 4 breakfasts at La Terrazza Palace were identical.

Excellent value, good location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Pros: We liked the location, the staff were extremely helpful and gave us an early check in and room upgrade. We couldn’t fault it. The minibar prices were amazingly good value.

Cons: We have no negative comments about our stay

Pros: The place is located very close to the center, I could just walk everywhere, which was convenient. The room was spacious, clean & modern, bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. Giovanni and the staff were very helpful, going above and beyond to accomodate any request, which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in Palermo.
