Palazzo Genuardi - charming rooms -

I have left my heart in Palermo.. my feelings in Palazzo Genuardi ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹

Pros: Absolutely stunning place and staff .. Jochy is the best .. very helpful, friendly and hospitable.. I highly recommend this place !!!!

Cons: I like everything!!

Charming room and excellent service!

Pros: The room, location, service and all the extras provided (cakes, cookies, coffee etc).

Thoroughly recommended!

Pros: The B&B is in a former palazzo, centrally located along a lively pedestrian street, with plentiful nearby restaurants and shops. Entry is via a massive ancient doorway, leading into a courtyard from where a lift takes you to the B&B on the first floor. A breakfast buffet includes an ample variety of fresh pastries, cakes, juice and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in sorting out some onward travel issues.

Cons: On a weekend evening the street outside was quite noisy until late.

Outstanding accommodation in fantastic location run by exceptional people.

Pros: Palazzo Genuardi - charming rooms was an exceptional location with elegant interiors. Location was so central and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an amazing Plazzo with beautiful rooms and incredibly helpful staff.

Pros: The location is perfect, between the two main piazzas in Palermo. It was so convenient we were able to nip in to use the toilet in our room or drop off shopping. We also loved the decor and the original features that our room had. Also the lady who was there every morning was incredible nothing was too much trouble. She arranged the hop on hop off bus, walking tour and had many recommendations.

Cons: There was only one VERY minor thing we didn’t like and this was that when returning at night there was a slightly musty smell in the main common area. We put this down the fact that it was a very old building and there had been no ventilation as all door etc were closed. This was very minor and in no way put us off returning

Pros: Location, coziness, prosceco in the room, snacks in self-service

Cons: Fee charge of 25€ (not 20 as mention in the email…) for late check in (after 20:00pm) City tax of 4€.and not 2€ as mention in the reservation : an update should be done

Pros: The professionalism, kindness and perpect passion to make the hotel welcoming it was amazing. Lovable owner and staff the could not be more helpfull.

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel, especially the kind and friendly staff. They prepared beautiful memories for my husband’s birthday, which was a wonderful surprise for him and his family. The room design was also very beautiful.” There were snacks, coffee, fruits and pastries available all day and night for Free. Very generous hotel. Very clean

Cons: they can put a little bit more variety for breakfast

We absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend

Pros: If you wanted to stay in the heart of Palermo in an historic villa, then stay here. its just beautiful.

Cons: Whilst breakfast was adequate, possibly more choice. There was always something to eat left out to help yourself during your stay, .the cakes were excellent

Pros: Great rooms with authentic ceiling paintings. Quiet despite the central location. Great and very helpfull staf. Listen to their recommendations and you will enjoy Palermo and its cousine.

Cons: .
