Clean rooms, helpful host and staff, great location near restaurants – I recommend it

Pros: Check-in was easy and convenient using my mobile phone. The staff were friendly, available, and very helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent – practically in the city center, close to a street with many restaurants and one of the main traffic-free pedestrian streets that leads to the historic city center.

Germana, the host, was exceptional: always responsive and attentive to any request. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Pros: The room was new, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Everything was clean and tidy.

Cons: It may get a bit complicated to enter the flat.. it's a bit hidden, then you will need internet to download a simple code and a 8 digit code to enter the building and apartment respectively. In case you can't access this code, the host could send you via whatsapp. You can also hear everything from the other apartments, the sound isolation is very week.
