Pros: Very well located just off Via Maqueda, the generous-sized room is in an apartment of an early 20c. building.

Cons: The blue decor was not to everyone’s taste but there was original art on the walls and it had been prepared by care.

Pros: Wonderful place with a cozy, clean room and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they gave us useful advice and were very accommodating with our late check-in, which we really appreciated. The location is extremely convenient and makes it easy to get around. The room was cleaned daily and felt welcoming throughout our stay

Cons: The plumbing system was quite noisy, likely due to the age of the building. Whenever the neighbors used the bathroom or toilet, it sounded like it was happening right next to your head :) There was also a bit of mold in the shower because of humidity, and the towels didn’t dry properly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Special thanks again to the warm and caring staff — we would definitely recommend this place😊

Pros: The room is in the centre of Palermo. Easy to reach everything. Owner is very helpful.

Cons: With car hard to find parking place near to the house, but the owner helped with some recommendations.

Pros: There is a beautiful view, a comfortable location to find all historical places, atmospheric art room and very polite personal.

Pros: We had a great stay at this property, especially because of its fantastic location—close to many restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The availability of luggage storage and nearby recommendations were also a big added bonus and made our travel plans much smoother.

Cons: Our group booked two rooms during our stay. The junior suite was spacious and offered a wonderful view, which we really enjoyed. Howecer, the deluxe room’s AC heating wasn’t very powerful. Once we informed the host, they were quick to respond and kindly provided additional quilts to keep us warm, which we appreciated. The bathroom also tends to make some noise whenever water is used, which is worth noting. Other than these minor issues, everything else was great and we had an overall pleasant stay.

Pros: Excellent location in the middle of the historic centre. All the highlights nearby. Train station is also nearby - 10 minute walk. Contact with the owner via WhatsApp. He is very kind and keeps you updated before arrival. I liked the authentic elevater, but we also took the stairs very often to stay fit.

Pros: Super central, parking was arranged for us, nice big room with very comfortable bed, good aircon, and a fridge Helpful and friendly communication.
