Itiseasy Palermo 1 e 2 Private Apartments

Nice place to stay for visiting Palermo.

Pros: Nice apartment, quite place, clean and well equipped.

Cons: Nothing special for the apartment itself but we needed to take a private parking, 40 euros per day, to park the car.

We had a wonderful stay and we are already planning to come back!

Pros: The host is very helpful and kind. Grat location. The place has everything you need (washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen with an oven, coffee machine) – there was even still and sparkling water in the fridge. The apartment is spacious and clean. The owner loves to read (there is a large collection of books and comics), but unfortunately, I don't speak Italian, so I couldn't enjoy them! :-) If you are traveling by car, make sure to book a parking spot, as it's impossible to find parking in the area – but that's not the host's fault! :-)

Convenient located, clean, very well equipped, value for money, excellent communication

Pros: Clean, it has everything you need for a short stay

Cons: Parking can be challenging, stairs can be challenging if you travel with heavy luggage

Pleasant and host quick to respond.

Pros: Close to Lolli train station and nice cafes. Access to streaming of Netflix and prime. Washing machine. Complimentary milk and coffee and water filter in kitchen.

Cons: The gym equipment in rooms. The second bedroom with no window.

Fabulous Apartment

Pros: We had a lovely stay in Roberto's apartment. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Not far to walk to all the major sights and restaurants. Roberto responded quickly to our messages and let us drop our bags off early which was very kind. Could not fault the apartment at all.

Cons: Unfortunately there is something we did dislike but is obviously an issue that Roberto cannot do anything about and I'm sorry to Roberto for mentioning it as everything else about the apartment was perfect. The issue was the noise outside the apartment. There is a car mechanic next door and a car cleaning and valeting business opposite. Their equipment is very loud and they start very early in the morning and work until late in to the evening. Our holidays are very often city breaks and we love hearing the sounds of the city when opening the shutters in the morning but this was just a little too much noise for us.

Pros: Easy to access, cold water in fridge, good wifi, big comfy bed in the main bedroom

Cons: 2 single beds in the 2nd room, no door in that room (only curtain), hole in the wall between the 2 bedrooms (not much privacy), no air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom.

Very memorable

Pros: Really lovely appartement, very comfortable, the aircon was brilliant and the location was extremely convenient

Cons: Nothing - couldn’t complain about a single thing

Pros: Perfect location and free parking possible on the site

Wonderful Stay!!!

Pros: It was a home stay away from home. It had all the facilities we needed to make it a brilliant stay. Location was great as it was close to the Metro, which is very handy for the airport. Roberto was very helpful and thoughtful and provided everything we needed.

Cons: Nothing. I would say however that it may be an idea to provide milk as we did find it difficult to purchase milk to make tea. Just an idea!

Exceptional Stay in Palermo

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Roberto’s apartment! The place was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could think of — even a SodaStream, which was such a nice surprise. Roberto was incredibly helpful before my arrival, offering great advice and guidance, and he kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The apartment is in a great location — just a 4-minute walk to the nearest metro station and about a 15-minute walk to the historical center of Palermo. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. If I ever return to Palermo, I would definitely stay at Roberto’s apartment again. Highly recommended!

Cons: I wasn't a fan of the pillows but thats just me. Very minor issue, everything else was amazing
