Pros: The apartment is perfectly clean, well designed and located in the center. The host is a super friendly and very pleasant person - thank you for the stay, it was 10/10!!!

a fantastic apartment lovely and clean and a great host, an experience that we will not forget

Pros: As we did not get to the apartment until 10pm it was pretty dark but the buildings were a very inspiring sight, we met Luciana in the apartment and she was just great, giving us a map and directions for the city and also getting us the basics like tea, sugar, coffee and milk as we were late arriving due to delays at Gatwick on the way out. The apartment was superb and very clean with many original features including the ceilings, the experience of walking around the city with all the ancient buildings and different restaurants and bars was something to see, luckily my very dear friend Lynne who went with me did speak some Italian which helped but a lot of people did speak some English. The apartment was a fantastic place to stay while in Palermo so thank you Luciana, Lynne and I will have many fond memories and may see you again in the future.

Cons: I do not think anything could have been better than it was, as a first time to Europe it could not have been better.

Pros: Great location as everything is within walking distance. The train station to get on the main line is also very close. The flat is fully equiped (toaster, coffe machine, kettle, lemon squezer etc)

Cons: Mold on the shower handle and hose in both bathrooms. Everything else was spotlesly clean.

A gorgeous apartment in a wonderful location

Pros: It is a beautifully clean and airy apartment located conveniently to main areas of interest. The photos accurately portray the size and space.

Cons: Nothing! No issues at all during our stay

Pros: Super clean very beautiful apartment. Luciana very responsive and kind. Her husband met iluś to hand over the keys. Close distance to everything. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Super duper clean, beautiful interior. very warm welcome and helpful whenever we had any questions.

LA Home is home from home

Pros: Fantastic apartment. Had everything we needed plus Luciana had provided us with some extras (wine, breakfast biscuits, milk, water, juice) which was much appreciated. Luciana contacted me to arrange access to the property and was there to meet us at the arranged time. She also arranged private parking at a garage round the corner - would have been lost without that facility. All the fixtures / fittings / linens / towels etc. of a very high quality. She told us where the nearest supermarket was, where the locals eat - all in all she was the hostess with the mostest !!! Would highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: We couldn't get the (new) coffee maker to function without some advice / assistance. We lost power to the fridge / kettle etc. It turned out we'd switched off a plug - all the kitchen switches should stay in the ON position. A small notice to that effect above the said sockets would prevent further issues.

Pros: Everything was perfect. When we need some help with the cooker they got back to us straight away. It was very clean and everything that we expected and more

Incredible. We loved it.

Pros: It is beautifully designed, very spacious and airy. The personal touches such as toiletries, slippers treats in the fridge, really made us feel like we were staying in a beautiful HOME as opposed to a rented apartment. The bed was super comfortable. As someone who does not sleep well, I rested better here than I have done in years. I cannot rave about this place enough. Luciana and her charming husband are the perfect hosts. Please book this place, you won’t regret it.

If only all apartments and hosts were as nice as this one

Pros: Luciana was a fantastic hostess and accommodated our late arrival. She provided lots of information and was always on hand to answer questions and make recommendations and wanted to ensure that we had the best time possible in Palermo. The beds are very comfortable and it was great to have wine, drinks and snacks left in the apartment for us.

Cons: There really wasn't anything that we could fault.
