A place to never forget

Pros: This was a wonderful place to stay and actually to experience. It is not simply an apartment where you can sleep. You experience culture, style, family history, generations. Gaetano knows how to treat his guests. A very respectful host who will do whatever it takes to make your stay memorable. The place is impeccably clean. It has everything you need. You walk out of the apartment and you are in the middle of everything. It is located in a safe area. Public transportation, restaurants, grocery, italian dolce vita all within walking distances. It is easy to access too. If you want a place in Palermo to stay - stop searching and don’t waste your time! Just book it and use your time to enjoy the amazing Palermo and the wonderful Sicily.

Lovely apartment, centrally located, highly recommendable

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped and had two very nice bedrooms each with brilliant en-suite facilities. Everything was brand new but details from the past were carefully preserved and added to the atmosphere. The kitchen included everything you need for cooking. The apartment was quiet due to the new triple glazed windows and the aircondition was quietly efficient. The host Gaetano was very helpful and easy to contact and gave us lots of information when we arrived. We would love to come back.

Pros: Top location in pedestrian zone, fully equipped, charmingly furnished, very friendly hosts Sofia & Gaetano cared that we felt well. Due to late arrival, they picked us at the airport. All the sightseeing is pretty much in walking distance. Excellent, fully digitized mobile check-in and entry system.

Cons: 1st floor in nice old building without elevator. Was totally fine with us.

Pros: Amazing apartment located in the city center. Bus station is nearby, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted including the old town. There are also several markets, one in 2min away. Many cafe and restaurants too, so it was safe at night. Gaetano was so kind helped us carry the luggages, and told us a bit of family history about the place, which made me like it even more. I could tell he put a lot of effort to make the place comfortable. Very clean, spacious, beautiful apartment. Rec this place!!

The perfect accommodation for a stay in Palermo!

Pros: We loved everything about our stay here in Palermo. Great central location- close to all city attractions & bus pick ups for day trips to Mondello. Gaetano was a wonderful, friendly host who gave us many recommendations. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

Gaetano and his Wife Sofia greeted us on arrival and ensured we enjoyed our stay to the full. There cannot be any better

Pros: The property was beautifully presented and catered for all of our needs. The location is 10/10 being right in the heart of the city but also quiet. Perfect location for sights, restaurants, luxury shopping and the best cafe (Spinnato) for breakfast in the whole of Italy we used every day of 6 day stay.
