One of the best apartments I‘ve ever stayed in!

Pros: Spacious and tastefully designed rooms, modern bathrooms, great location for excursions and nightlife, very friendly and helpful hosts

Gino n Cristiana we’re excellent hosts with Gino always in communication promptly with us, making our stay very comforta

Pros: The apartment was ideally situated for our stay in Palermo, with flat walking access around the city, bus and train station, restaurants (particularly recommend Typical Sicilian Trattoria Tipica Altri Tempi, within 2mins from apartment front door) Cortile Marconi was very clean, modern and ideal for us two couples.

Cons: nothing at all

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious. Nicely decorated with all the facilities you'd expect.

Cons: The outside security light flashed on and off the whole night. The main bedroom has a glass panel above the door so the light flashed through, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Excelente apartamento em Palermo.

Pros: Apartamento excelente e com relação custo benefício ótima. Tem tudo no apartamento, que é bem equipado. Os banheiros são muito bons também. O bairro é legal e fica próximo ao centro, mas tem opções melhores pra quem quer ficar bem na área central. Pra quem quiser ficar de carro e usar como base é ótimo, porque parar o carro na cidade é uma aventura.

Cons: Tudo ótimo.

4 giorni a Palermo in una casa bellissima

Pros: Andavamo in centro sempre a piedi senza bisogno dell'auto. Il complesso di case era molto tranquillo e silenzioso quindi siamo stati molto bene

Cons: Non c'è il parcheggio dell'auto e la strada è tutta in divieto di sosta quindi spesso abbiamo dovuto fare qualche giro in macchina per poter parcheggiare

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Cons: Bis in die Stadt muss man etwa laufen

Bello e ben curato, peccato la scarsa insonorizzazione

Pros: Appartamento arredato con gusto e pulito, posizione comoda per il centro.

Cons: Le camere affacciano sulla strada e il rumori della strada e raccolta rifiuti di notte sono parecchio fastidiosi. Inoltre diventa difficile poter aprire le finestre. La rubinetteria di design ma da curare maggiormente.

tolles Appartment - wenn man die Lage im Erdgeschoss möchte

Pros: die Ausstattung, die Badezimmer, das Design, die Aufteilung des Appartments waren für 4 Personen ideal! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt!

Cons: ich war überrascht, dass das Appartment im Erdgeschoss war, das kam bei der Buchung nicht klar rüber ... daher konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen, da sie straßenseitig waren und mit Gittern und Balken geschlossen - für uns ungewohnt, nicht aus den Fenstern sehen zu können, den Himmel nicht sehen zu können
