Spacious apartment

Pros: The location was not bad, you could walk to the centre. There was a grocery store not far from the accommodation. The apartment was very spacious for us 7 people. We were able to park in front of the house, the owner advised us where we could park.

Cons: The apartment was at an intersection so it was quite noisy with the windows open. I don't think it would have cost much to bolt the toilet to the floor (my son almost fell off the toilet :) as the toilet was wobbling) and replace the faucet in the shower. We left glass bottles, plastics and papers in the apartment, we didn't know where to put them and the women were a bit nasty to us about it when we left the apartment. We didn't know that we had to take the waste away and more importantly we didn't know where to take the waste.

Huge apartment great for a family

Pros: The apartment had a ton of space for our family. Everything we needed was close by. Access to Lolli station within a few minutes of walking. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi was strong and could run zoom meetings and tv streaming. The balconies were great. Air conditioning easily cooled the apartment. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Hosts we're responsive and very welcoming. We felt well cared for.

Cons: Only minor negative that we had for our family in particular (2 kids ages 3 & 5) that the location was a bit far to walk to the traditional tourist sites or playgrounds/Green spaces.

Pros: Extremely good contact with the owner who assisted us with every single request. Apartment is spacious and very well located- most important tourist attractions within the walking distance. Also shops, cafes or restaurants are close to this location.

Cons: We were traveling in group of 6 people- what we were missing was a place/table where we could seat together and have a drink or breakfast. Kitchen also shall be better equipped but it wasn’t a problem. Last but not the least- one bathroom, the one close to the kitchen needs refreshment- probably due to the sewage problems it causes unpleasant stench.

The place was very comfortable with everything one could want.

Pros: It was a huge and comfy apartment with everything that we wanted!

Pros: The location was great. Very big, comfortable and beautiful apartment. Andrea the host has been always very friendly.

Cons: One of the rooms face a very buys street so if you wanna sleep with the windows opened could be a bit tricky, but there's always air conditioning in the room.

Fantastic apartment at a great location for touring historic Palermo

Pros: The apartment was as shown in the pictures - very spacious and clean. The air conditioners in each of the three rooms performed brilliantly and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine in the unit, so our family of seven were able to do a few loads of laundry during our stay. The location is also fantastic. Andrea helped us find free parking right at the apartment, and thereafter, we never actually used the car again during our stay as you can easily walk to and through the old historic Centre (we did this with three kids 10 years and under, so it wasn't a far walk at all). Also, Andrea was very accommodating and gracious. Our 4 year old actually broke a small side table lamp in the apartment, and when we attempted to give him some money for the damage, he wouldn't accept. Overall, our stay at Cassetta Alice was a great part of our travels through Sicily - would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The street noise coupled with the old windows bothered our kids a bit; however, as we were leaving, Andrea and his contractor were arriving to replace all of windows as a part of a planned maintenance. I suspect that future visitors will appreciate this upgrade.

Pros: Nous avons réservé l’appartement seulement quelques heures avant notre arrivée et les propriétaires ont su répondre rapidement à notre demande. Ils sont adorables hyper réactif. La situation dans Palerme est très bien car nous avions une voiture de location à garer, puis le centre historique est seulement à un quart d’heure à pied. L’appartement est très spacieux avec une hauteur de plafond impressionnante ce qui donne encore plus d’effet, il était parfait pour nous qui voyagions en famille parents, grands-parents, enfants. Nous le conseillons vivement !!! Très bon rapport qualité / prix

Pros: La posizione, la numerosità delle stanze e bagni e la cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha lasciato usufruire dell’appartamento fino alla fine della giornata nonostante il check out la mattina.

Pros: Accueil très chaleureux et bonne communication pour notre arrivée. Appartement avec 3 belles chambres et bien situé à 1/4 heure du centre..
