Lovely apartment for a good price.
Pros: Apartment is located quite centrally so it’s walking distance to the Railway station and historical city center. Apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay. The owner is polite and friendly, and always eager to help ☺️
Cons: The neighborhood is quite noisy in the evening/ night.

great value for money, kind host, comfortable room, no faults, perfect stay.
Pros: host was exceptional, gave us information on which buses to get, let us check in late and helped us when we left our passports after check out. the property was about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre but was still in a nice area itself.

Comfortable, clean, safe, at walk distance to the train station, near a beautiful Botanic Park, at the historical region
Pros: The apartment was very clean and the owner was very helpful in giving the instructions and kindly offered himself to drive me to an excellent supermarket nearby to get supplies for my breakfast. He also had left a large bottle of water, several coffee capsules, tea bag, and some snacks on the kitchen work table. Supplies for the bathroom were fine, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and white clean hand and bath towels. Bed mattress, bed linens and pillow were nice too. Summarizing, it was clean, wide, comfortable, at walk distance from the train/bus terminal and very near the sea. It was also very near the local of my Symposium, as well as the historical and beautiful part of Palermo.
Cons: The only thing that people have to be aware is that this apartment is located in the 4th floor of an old building and all the buildings in that block are old and not restored (at least on the outside), therefore I felt somewhat concerned about safety when I arrived. Therefore, I realized that tourists take a walk in that street to see the old building facades. Another point to be careful regards the lights in the entrance hall. I suggest the installation of automatic turn-on illumination, since I found it sort of hard to see the light switch when entering the building, and this can lead to stumbling on the steps. Finally, another point is to make sure that you understood the way and where/how to find the keys to go in, but Giacomo was very helpful in promptly replying to instant messages and answer the phone.

Pros: Super emplacement, très proche du port, du centre, de la mer, et également de la gare. Le quartier est vivant, des outils commerces et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. L'appartement à beaucoup de charme. La maison est vieille, et il faut monter 4 étages. Merci Giacomo !

Pros: El apartamento tiene las dimensiones perfectas para una estancia de varios días y la ubicación es muy buena para moverse a pie, ya que se puede ir al centro histórico de paseo y además, a la estación de tren y buses, en pocos minutos.
Cons: Todo estuvo bien. Si tengo que criticar, la cama hacia un poco de ruido, si son dos personas que se mueven mucho cuando duermen el ruido es algo molesto.

Pros: I've liked the interaction with the owner. He was right in time, he gave very good indications, came with us and presented the flat. The flat itself is cosy, plenty of space. The building is old, looks a bit strange, is not touristic at all, but that's part of exploring the real Palermo.

Ideale Wohnung wenn man ein paar Tage in Palermo verbringen möchte
Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt und immer erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend, in die Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß 10-15 Min. In der Nähe sind Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden die man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Zur Info: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (ohne Aufzug) ;)

Pros: Közel a tengerparthoz, viszonylagosan a belvároshoz is.Jó közlekedés a központi pályaudvarhoz. Szép tágas apartman! Mindennel is felszerelt!
Cons: Sajnos a környezet,az utca lehangoló, elég zajos még éjszaka is! A bezárt ablakok és a spaletták valamit tompitottak. A lift hiánya 3.emelet!
