Spacious well designed apartment, friendly and helpful owner
Pros: Spacious apartment, fresh design, with all necessary amenities. Washing machine, Lavazza coffee machine, air conditioning, fridge, stove. Everything you need to cook. Giacomo the owner was very responsive, and so helpful and friendly. My luggage was delayed and he personally helped me to settle down, even though I arrived very late after midnight. The place is walking distance to the city center and old town, with restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias everywhere around. 15 minute walk to the train station, if you need it. Good value as well.

Pros: Posizione comoda, casa accogliente, proprietario gentile. Consigliato per qualche giorno al volo in quella zona di Palermo
Cons: L'appuntamento si trova in un vecchio palazzo poco curato.

Pros: Super Apartment. (Sehr) Großer Wohn-/Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad - alles wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll und nett eingerichtet, richtig zum Wohlfühlen (auch bei einem möglicherweise längerem Aufenthalt). Lage etwas östlich vom Zentrum, alles aber sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohngegend sehr ruhig, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden (kostenlos). Viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gastgeber sehr nett, hervorragende Kommunikation. Fazit: Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Palermo kommen, würden wir gerne wieder in diesem Apartment wohnen.

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO A PALERMO
Pros: Ho soggiornato per alcuni giorni a Palermo in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. L'appartamento è vicino al mare e a due passi dal bellissimo Orto Botanico della città. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva anche nelle zone più centrali. Il condominio in cui si trova l'appartamento è un po' datato, ma non inserisco questo aspetto nei difetti perché per me non è stato assolutamente un problema. L'appartamento era comunque pienamente conforme alle foto e dotato di tutti i servizi e comfort indicati. Ho inoltre apprezzato moltissimo la cordialità e la disponibilità del proprietario che, considerando che viaggiavo per lavoro, è riuscito a soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze

Pros: lokalizacja na starówce, bardzo blisko morza i promenady. W bliskiej okolicy znajdują się niedrogie restauracje, piekarnia, kawiarnie. Gospodarz nad wyraz uprzejmy.
