Stunning Kalsa

Pros: The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped, but the terrace is an absolute favorite and spacious. we enjoyed it both in the morning and evening, maybe the only thing missing is kind of canopy for strong sun or light rain. City center is about a 15 minute walk away, although personally I prefer Kalsa neighbourhood, so for me this was an ideal location for exploring Palermo, far enough away from the bustling centre, with interesting shops, good bars and restaurants, for walking or jogging by the sea.

Pros: THIS IS THE BEST ACCOMODATION IN ENTIRE PALERMO !!!! If You can handle stairs! The appartment is superb, it has an amazing terrace overviewing the entire square and you can see the sea and the mountain in the back. The place is EXTREMELY cost, very well equipped, I loved to have my breakfast sitting outside on the sun, or watching the sunset and eating watermelon on the outside table. The shower is a double shower, never seen anything like this before. Appartment very nicely made, it gets hot but AC works just fine.

Very comfortable stay with excellent hosts.

Pros: Apartment was spacious for our needs. Loved the roof top terrace which provided a great outdoor area to enjoy the view and a place to chill after a busy day sightseeing. Owners provided lots of local information and went the extra mile by adding a couple of sun loungers at our request.

Cons: As it is a rooftop apartment you have to be prepared for the stairs. But you can’t have one without the other.

Pros: Duży taras z roślinami, przestronne mieszkanie z dużą ilością okien, czystość i wyposażenie mieszkania.

Cons: Nie ma rzeczy z której byłabym niezadowolona.

Dobry stosunek jakoś do ceny, natomiast osoby starsze lub te podróżującymi z dzećmy powinny 2 razy się zastanowić, ze wz

Pros: Mieszkanie dosyć przestronne - salon z 3 kanapami oraz stołem jadalniany, osobna duża sypialnia, osobna kuchnia oraz łazienka, plus schowek z pralką. Czysto, schludnie, mieszkanie wyposażone w niezbędne rzeczy - suszarka, żelazko, niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne. Bardzo duży taras z zapierającym widokiem (na okolicę oraz pobliski port), który jest chyba największym atutem.

Cons: Wejście do mieszkania jest dosyć problematyczne - najpierw 3 piętra klatką schodową, a następnie dwie pary schodów na zewnętrznej klatce (widać na załączonym zdjęciu). Oprócz tego nieciekawa okolice - na skwerze, 20 metrów od apartamentu mieszka na co dzień większa grupa bezdomnych.

Polecam,warto dla tego widoku z tarasu i lokalizacji.

Pros: Dobry kontakt z opiekunką obiektu. Duży taras z pięknym widokiem na port. Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, w pobliżu jest świetna pizzeria i piekarnia. Apartament jest blisko historycznego centrum - spacer ok 10-15 minut. Apartament dobrze wyposażony.

Cons: W momencie używania klimatyzacji pojawiał się brzydki zapach ( zgłosiłam to,więc liczę na rozwiązanie problemu). Jest problem z bezpiecznikami, w trakcie używania sprzętów kuchennych. Do apartamentu prowadzą wąskie, kręte schody, dla osób mniej sprawnych ,moze to być problematyczne.

Pros: grande terrasse au dernier étage de l'immeuble avec vue sur la mer climatisation dans toutes les pièces de l'appartement (chambre, salon et cuisine) logement complètement rénové et moderne propreté des lieux supermarché à proximité pour faire les courses alimentaires

Cons: accès par escalier assez raide (il ne faut pas avoir une grande valise)

Schöne Aussicht in nettem Appartement. Wir waren begeistert.

Pros: Die Dachterrasse ist toll, mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön, wenn auch der Abfluss des Wassers bei der Dusche etwas länger dauert.

Cons: Die Geräusche der Stadt sind sehr gut hörbar, wenn man empfindlich ist, ist das eventuell problematisch, wenn man nachts die Fenster auflassen möchte.
