Pros: We had an amazing stay in this spacious and beautifully designed apartment. Everything was decorated with taste and equipped with high-quality furnishings that made it feel luxurious and welcoming. The location is perfect — close to Palermo’s top tourist attractions, yet peaceful enough for a restful night. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. Free parking is a huge plus, especially in a city like Palermo. This place truly exceeded our expectations. Stylish, comfortable, and ideally located — a top choice for anyone visiting Palermo!

Fantastic stylish place with great location, superb fascilities and magnificent host!

Pros: Fantastic! Excellent location just a little walk from the historical center! Private free parking at the appartement!!!!! Superb very-very stylish spacious, comfortable and cozy rooms equipped wih everything you need! The beds are great, very comfortable! Host is very-very hostile and helpful, always in contact if you need answering on every question you have in few minutes :). Great, fantasic, superb ))) !!!

Beautiful apartment, recommendable

Pros: his is a stunning apartment in the middle of the city. The owner decorated it with exquisite taste. It looks like an Italian palazzo. It is very clean, spacious and has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is super well equipped. The owner has left in the kitchen plenty of food like pasta, oil, spices, coffee, tea, cookies and sweets for breakfast. The area is very quiet. The big advantage is the possibility to park a car for free on the street 50 m away. The beds are very comfortable. The master bedroom is just a dream! I would like to have one like that!

Pros: Everything. Exceptional standard, wanted for nothing. Gorgeous furnishings and art. Amazing bathroom. Domenico was responsive and helpful. Best appartemento we have stayed in over 10 weeks of travel in Italy. Book this, you won't regret it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A most enjoyable stay.

Pros: A beautifully appointed apartment that is very comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops and for walks along the shoreline. The weather was perfect at this time of year. The internal elevator to level 2 was handy for us and our luggage, however the stairs are not difficult. There is parking for approximately 10 vehicles in a ‘private’ parking area adjacent to the apartment. Alternate parking is on Via Abramo Lincoln which is free and outside the ZTL. We used both parking areas. We loved the balconies, and the generous shower pressure provided a welcome change from the dribble experienced in many short term accommodation venues. Communication with the host was pleasant and effective.

Pros: Absolutely beautifully decorated, facilities were great, made the stay very relaxing for our family. Also was in a perfect location to explore the city, but also park just off the main road.

Cons: It was all good.

Stunning, spacious period apartment

Pros: Stunning period apartment full of gorgeous antiques. Very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to do some clothes washing.

Cons: Didn’t love the lane it was situated in but it was generally ok.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, decorated on classic style and very comfortable. The host has taken care of all details in the apartment to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay of the guests

Few days at Palermo

Pros: Lot of space and light. All necessities are there, the host is super caring. Positive surprise that one of the markets is ca 800meters from the place. It is filled with fresh veggies, fruits, fish and meat.

Cons: Check out is bit too early for us from north.

Probably excellent choice if you need to go to palermo

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Bear in mind 4 AC units which will not work unless you are actually in the apartment due to an electricity key. Well equipped. Note that the bed shown in a room with sitting chairs is also a sofa however, unfortunately it does not remotely match the other great decor in the rest of the room. Mini markets and restaurants close by. Great bed.

Cons: This appears to be a safe area but like most of Palermo that we saw it is very gritty with trash/ garbage and unkept conditions all around. I would give Palermo a miss if you don't really have a need to go there.
