Apartament la Lumaca Kalsa

Pros: Nice, fairly spacious apartment with a kitchenette, good-sized bathroom, bedroom, and a small balcony facing the street. The flat has been renovated and is nicely furnished with modern touches. The wifi was a bit on the slow, but nothing major that bothered us. La Kasla is definitely an interesting neighbourhood – some parts look a little run-down at first glance, but we'd expected that when booking this place and it didn't catch us off guard. It wasn't an issue for us at all. Our host also gave us helpful tips on parking nearby, which we really appreciated.

Pros: This cute little apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything we needed. It was super clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing. All great.

Good place to stay!

Pros: Very nicely furnished apartment, well-equipped and spacious. Good location - in a walking distance to the biggest attractions. The area is safe, although it might not look like for someone. But hey, it's Palermo! Really nice bakery round the corner, mini market and greengrocer's.

Cons: It could be cleaned better (I washed the dishes myself because they weren't clean enough). There was also a little issue with the boiler - it was dripping (nothing dangerous, but still).

Pros: Very friendly and responsive host. Excellent refurbished apartment and very pretty and comfy. The neighbourhood is a little rough but excellent location 15min from Trainstation (1h train to airport), close to the sea, botanical garden and short walk to the city center sights.

Pros: Прекрасна и много комфортна квартира, в която разполагате с всичко необходимо – както за кратък, така и за по-дълъг престой. Много добри домакини. Горещо препоръчвам.

Pros: Чист апартамент с много сладко, малко балонче. Има всички удобства за кратко отсядане. Местоположението е много добре. Много близко до крайбрежната ивица и историческата част на града. Комуникацията с домакина е бърза и точна. Препоръчвам.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich mit ein schönes kleines Balkon. Mann erreicht Hauptbahnhof, Porto und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 bis 20 minuten.Eine nette Bäckerei liegt um die Ecke.

Un buon soggiorno ma attenzione alla manutenzione :)

Pros: L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio, è pulito e con lo stretto necessario per un breve soggiorno. Sono disponibili asciugamani di ricambio nell'armadio, stoviglie, sale, olio e spezie varie. Abbiamo trovato anche un ombrellone e un aspirapolvere. L'appartamento si trova in un punto stretegico, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 2 dal lungomare. Nelle vicinanze c'è un forno e un bar. Il posto auto c'è, sì, ma si trova per strada, per chi preferisce a pochi passi c'è un parcheggio custodito a pagamento. Elettrodomestici utili e funzionanti (per la tv si veda sotto). La notte si dorme bene, letto abbastanza comodo e zona silenziosa. Accesso semplice ed effettuato in autonomia.

Cons: Appartamento inserito in un contesto un po' degradato che a primo impatto ci ha un po' impressionato. La tv funzionava ma abbiamo avuto problemi con l'antenna. Abbiamo dovuto spostarla quanto più possibile verso la finestra per poter sintonizzare alcuni canali, nemmeno tutti. I rubinetti dei lavandini di cucina e bagno erano probabilmente pieni di calcare o usurati e ogni volta che si apriva l'acqua schizzava ovunque. Una delle placchette delle prese della cucina era completamente staccata dal muro. Allo stendibiancheria da balcone mancava un filo su 5 ed era anche parzialmente arrugginito oltre al fatto che c'erano soltanto due mollette. Uno dei vicini ha la simpatica abitudine di ascoltare e cantare musica neomelodica a tutto volume nel pomeriggio, spero per i prossimi ospiti che sia stato solo un caso sporadico. Un paio di giorni ci è capitato di sentire un cattivo odore provenire dal bagno e abbiamo dovuto chiudere la porta perché era insopportabile. Naturalmente tutto ciò che ho scritto è stato riferito all'host che ci ha risposto che non è stato possibile effettuare manutenzione poiché l'appartamento è stato sempre occupato da ospiti. Confido nel fatto che tutto quanto elencato sarà poi verificato e sistemato.

Très bien

Pros: L'appartement est propre et bien décoré. Proche du centre ville à pied. Le check in et check out s'est bien passé, la boite à clé est très pratique. L'hôte est très réactif et de bons conseils.

Cons: Le quartier n'est pas très propre. Difficulté pour trouver une place de parking. Mais tout ça n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement.

Pros: El departamento es muy lindo. La ubicación es buena

Cons: No hay parking gratis. Hay que dejar el auto en el lugar que encuentres
