La Zisa Luxury Apartment

Pros: Antonino the owner was so nice. He saved a parking spot for us, bought us cannelloni, waited for us till almost midnight. This was really hospitality at it's finest. All the details in this apartment were top notch. There were slippers for every guest, as well as earplugs (which weren't needed). We just loved everything abouth this apartment and experience. There are two types of pillows you can choose (or both). It is super clean and new.

Pros: Antonio is the best host I have ever met! The apartment is clean, quiet, newly renovated, equipped with everything. Good wifi. 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. Free parking is difficult to find, but in the surrounding streets, but there is also a paid underground garage. And the extra surprise from Antonio was delicious! I can only recommend it!!!

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very central — only about a 15-minute walk to the centre — which made it easy to explore. A special mention to Antonio, who was extremely helpful and couldn’t do more to make sure we were comfortable. His hospitality really made the stay stand out. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: Parking is free, though it can sometimes be a little tricky to find a spot. That said, once parked, we didn’t really need the car as everything was within walking distance.

Lovely stay in Palermo

Pros: The owners were really nice, they helped us with everything that we needed. The apartment was very nice, very clean, pretty well equipped. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean. Everything in the apartment looks brand new.

Cons: I would've liked a washing machine. If you really need to do the laundry, you can find a laundromat down the road.

Amazing stay! Super recommended!

Pros: Amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful and super organized. The manager has thought of anything a guest would need. Close to the city center and free parking in the nearby streets. Antonio welcomed us like we were already his friends, made us feel like home and even treated us with the best cannoli we have ever had!

Nice apartment in good location but ok not great.

Pros: It was walking distance to all sights . The rooms were clean and Flat was comfortable but not luxury.

Cons: Parking was by luck ok but it is hard to park in this area and we were there in May . It is a busy market area. We found a space nearby by fluke but never saw another space in the 3 days we were there. The flat is designed for 4 but only has 3 cups/ mugs or 4 very small coffee cups. There is no comfortable seating -the social room is around a dinning table. There was no wifi whilst we were there and we rely on wifi when travelling ,so this was a pain. It was unreliable and would not let you send things with attachments even when on. The flat also faced a courtyard where noise carried and we had renovations upstairs after 8am. So it was noisy. Whilst it was in a good location and was a pleasant apartment I would not stay again or recommend for these reasons

Pros: Thank you very much for a great stay in this apartment. The apartment is really clean and beautifully decorated, and recently renovated. Thanks to the host for all the care before, during and after the trip. We really felt welcome. If and when we return to Palermo, we would definitely like to stay in this apartment again. Pros: everything was fine. the accommodation was clean, nice, large and newly furnished. the owner was very nice. he showed us everything. he recommended places to go and advised us on everything. the location of the accommodation is excellent. right in the center and a short walk from everything. we didn't miss anything in the accommodation. we will definitely come back here.
