Good apartment with a terrace

Pros: We liked the apartment and it had everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet area, about a 15-20 minute walk to the very centre of town. There is a nice little private terrace just along the balcony, which we enjoyed for having breakfast, having an afternoon drink, or just relaxing with a book. For eating out in the centre of town in the evening, we'd strongly recommend Retrobottega di Prezzemolo & Vitale, right by Quattro Canti - it has a really nice dining area upstairs, that is easy to miss.

Cons: Parking is free, but it is hard to find a place. We got lucky and found a place very close, but even if you are a couple of roads away, we'd recommend grabbing the first place you see. Checking in was a poor experience. We gave the host plenty of notice and reconfirmed an accurate arrival time an hour before our arrival, which the host acknowledged. When we arrived outside the apartment, the host was not there. I had to phone him and he arrived shortly afterwards, but it was hardly a friendly welcome. He appeared flustered and rushed through check-in and clearly wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It left us feeling unwelcome. Our stay was for three nights, but we were only provided with ONE toilet role 😒

Great location with a super clean apartment with modern appliances.

Pros: The apartment was very clean with modern appliances. The host was very friendly and was there to hand off the keys, he spoke English and gave us directions to the grocery store less than 5 minute walk. The grocery store has cooked meals like BBQ and fries. The city historical sight a leisurely 15 minute walk. We had a very pleasant stay. We would go back in heart beat.

Perfect stay

Pros: It was like living in my own home. It was beautiful, clean and the place was very well equipped. Location was also ideal. The owner was very kind too.

Pros: Possibility of free parking near the house. nice comfortable apartment on the third floor. it is a big plus, especially not in the summer months. the owners of the apartment are very nice and pleasant people. the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. the location is also very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance.

Cons: Sometimes late in the evening the water disappeared, as I understood, there is a tank in the attic for supplying water, and it takes time to fill it. But the water pressure is excellent and the water is hot.

Fantastic apartment! It's the ideal stay for a couple.

Pros: Everything about this place was welcoming and comforting. The apartment is recently remodeled and done with exceptional style. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower has to be one of the best and roomiest showers in all of Italy! I am generally cold wherever we go, but here, I felt warm and cozy. It is a simple walk to the cathedral. The neighborhood is vibrant; however, I could hear nothing in the apartment. There is a gelato place nearby and 2 major supermarkets. Everything was perfect.

Cons: I can't think of any improvements. It was a great place.

Spacious, clean and very nice place to stay during your visit in Palermo

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment in a good location from public transport. The host prepared more than enough coffee capsule and treats for simple breakfast. In general, you will find everything you need in the apartment☺

Aangenaam verblijf vlakbij centrum Palermo

Pros: Vlotte check in, vriendelijke en attente verwelkoming. Heel netjes en ruim appartement. Veilige, rustige buurt. Centrum op anderhalve km.

Cons: Verblijf op 2de verdiep, geen lift. Enkel voor mensen die goed mobiel zijn. Voor ons geen probleem maar zie het niet vermeld bij de info.

Pros: El apartamento es precioso,bien decorado y no le falta de nada.Muy buena ubicación,muy cerca del centro.Los anfitriones excepcionales ,llegamos tarde,pasada la medianoche y nos esperaron sin problemas.Tuvimos un problema con las fechas,por nuestra culpa exclusivamente y su reacción ha sido extraordinaria.Les estamos muy agradecidos.Recomiendo el apartamento encarecidamente porque tiene un relaciòn precio- calidad inmejorable.Muchas gracias por todo.
