A spacious and comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

Pros: Great location - a shop round the corner and 10-minute walk to the beach and a bus stop from where it is easy to get to central Palermo. Reliable Wi-Fi connection and a TV set with access to the internet. A spacious terrace overlooking a beautiful exotic tree.

Cons: It would be good to equip the kitchen with a microwave.

Pros: Amazing very comfy terrace with a mountain and garden view.

Cons: Wi-Fi signal was weak and was disrupting from time to time.

Pros: Amazing location, close to the Mondello Beach, the walk to the beach takes about 10 min. Also there's enough locals and cafés, backery and small supermarket on the corner of the street and enough busses to go to the downtown, if needed. The appartment is perfect, very authentic and nice, with beautiful terrasse and aktuelly everything that the family of 4 could need. Also my personal \

Cons: The only questionable thing is the shower... Unluckily it was deffected, the glass door was really difficult to close and the faucet in the shower is very old and splashes water around. I hope the shower will be repaired, right now it was really uncomfortable to use it. And it could have been very cosy to have a vacuum cleaner in the flat to make a short every day cleaning after coming home from a beach.

Decent stay near the Mondello beach

Pros: It was close to the beach, to the small shop and to the bakery. Not far from Palermo, easily reached by bus. I loved the terrace and sofa on the terrace. The service provider was also amazing! They were so fast in handeling tricky situations - we were out of warm water due to gas and they solved it within the day. Highly appreciated. Equiped kitchen, one aircon, but in the hall so it doesnt make sense a bit to have it there. I was missing nets on the windows as there were plenty of mosquitos during the evening when we had turned of light. It was very hot with closed windows so. But generally nice accomodation. Mondello beach was very close - two sunbeds and umbrella for 32 euros.

Cons: It was far from decent restaurants and big supermarkets. You would definitely need car for that. Improvement with nets on windows and providing as least fans.

Pros: Duży apartament, bezpłatne szybkie wi fi, kosmetyki malutkie i papier toaletowy na powitanie w łazience. Kuchnia wyposazona dostatecznie, 2 butelki wody na powitanie. Czujnik ulatniającego się gazu, dymu, tlenku węgla. Duzy słoneczny taras ze stolem, krzesłami, stolikiem na kawę, sofą. Wyciszone okna, piękne i solidne okiennice. Duże łóżka, czysta pościel, przestronne pokoje, w szafie kołdry, poduszki w razie chłodu. Ja byłam w październiku więc się przydały. Klimatyzacja była ale nie używałam. Było żelazko, deska do prasowania, nowa pralka, szafki, półki oraz szafa duża na ubrania, duży smartTV. Dobra bezpieczna lokalizacja, 10 minut do plaży, w pobliżu 50 m sklep spożywczy i przemysłowy a w nim przesympatyczni sprzedawcy, 50 m wypożyczalnia aut, na ulicy bezpłatne parkowanie. Obsługa otworzyła apartament i wszystko objaśniła co gdzie jest, jak działa. Szybko reagowała jeśli coś nie działało. Kontakt przez whats app. Nie było dodatkowych opłat za wodę, prąd czy gaz.

Cons: 20 € opłaty za przybycie po godzinie 20.00, 30 € po 23.00, akurat mnie dotyczyło 20€. Brak worków ma śmieci w kolorach odpowiadającym ich segregację. Segregacja obowiązkowa. Na zewnątrz śmietniki niektóre zamknięte i nie wiadomo gdzie je wyrzucić. Uważam że mydło w łazience i płyn do naczyń w kuchni i gąbka powinny być. Mało wieszaczków na ręczniki w łazience. Słuchawka prysznica prosi się o wymianę. Kuchnia (meble, naczynia lekko stare). Kwiaty na tarasie proszą się o większą opiekę.

Pros: Рядом хороший магазин, кулинария. Магазин порошки ,паста, туалетная бумага. Магазины рядом.

Cons: Кухня старая.

Pros: Big apartment with big terrace, in a quiet area close to Mondello beach.

Pros: Великі, зручні апартаменти. Гарне розташування. Чудово!
