Cozy apartment in the centre of Palermo
Pros: We had an absolutely great stay at Massimo's apartment! Communication with him was very easy and nice, and we very much appreciated that he welcomed us in person (with fresh ice tea, thanks!). He gave us good advice on directions, eating out, and sights to visit. The apartment itself is wonderful, very nicely curated and decorated, very homey, and the terrace was definitely a big plus for having coffee (which was readily available in the flat, thanks!) in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is perfect, very central with all sights of interest in a walking distance. To sum it up: when coming back to Palermo, we'll definitely stay at Massimo's again!

Palermo trip.
Pros: Good location, close to the centre. Great terrace. Owner was very accommodatiing Arranged return to airport. Nice clean apartment and value for money.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in Palermo.
Pros: We had an amazing stay in Massimo's apartment! Massimo is very kind and helpful host, he gives very good information about the local attractions of Palermo. Apartment is very well located, close to main attractions of Palermo centre. It is very clean and well equipped - you will find all the necessary household appliances that will make your stay comfortable. It should be noted, that there is no lift in a building and bathroom is really small, but the great advantage of this place is the wonderful terrace, from which you can admire the panorama of Palermo. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and hopefully be back there in the future!

Pros: The property is located near the Capo market, on a busy street with public transport. You can buy groceries from the big supermarket in the same building or just on the street. The apartment is very well decorated and charming. the bedroom was nice and spacious. There is very long balcony with furniture to take your coffee. The kitchen had all the needed stuff like plates, cooking facilities and ingredients like herbs, coffee, etc. The host gave us very nice welcome. As we were in April the temperature outside was around 15 so we had to switch on the AC, working fine.
Cons: The apartment is tiny, so the bathroom was quite small. Typical specifics for an old building are no elevator (a good thing after a heavy dinner to keep you in shape, but still last floor) and could be noisy from the street (not too bad as it was on the last floor, so lower apartments could be worse).

Pros: Alles gut! Schöne Wohnung und der Besitzer besonders nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Cons: Ein bisschen wenig Platz. Wahrscheinlich für Palermo ist es okay, bloß für uns ungewöhnlich!

Pros: L’appartement était propre et confortable, idéal pour un court séjour à Palerme, à environ 20 min de marche des pi-principaux lieu d’intérêt dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable. Merci à Massimo pour son accueil ! PS : Attention l’appartement est au 5ème étage.
Cons: Check out un peu tôt à 10h.

Nous recommandons !
Pros: Avant tout l’accueil particulièrement bienveillant, attentionné, sympathique et personnalisé. Ensuite l’emplacement permettant de presque tout faire à pieds. Enfin la petite terrasse super sympa et la cuisine bien aménagée. La salle de bain est petite mais nous l’avons trouvée tout à fait suffisante et à notre goût.
Cons: Rien à redire cependant il faut noter que l’appartement en dernier étage s’il présente l’avantage d’avoir une vue dégagée nécessite de gravir les 4 étages sans ascenseur. Très faisable mais à noter pour les personnes sensibles de ce côté là !

Pros: La situation du logement à proximité du centre. La gentillesse et l'accueil du propriétaire.
Cons: La douche est très petite. Le logement est au 5ème étage sans ascenseur.
